I was dealing directly with Mark, asking a lot of questions about finding a replacement spring for my B16 coilovers on my RS4.
He was great in providing all the information i needed and has sourced me the individual part needed to avoid replacing an entire strut, very pleased with the customer service

Bought a complete leveling kit and after 1 year the shocks look like this,Rusty and leaking , Went threw Bilstein warranty department and got No where,Jessica Everett is the customer service rep- NO help at all !!

Great service from the team at bilstein, I ordered 2of the same side shock and also the wrong one! I contacted them via the chat service and got it all sorted and my order changed to the right one. Very happy with everything and look forward to getting my new shocks

Have bought the most expensive shock…
Have bought the most expensive shock absorber for a fiat bravo. Put it in my fiat had engine probkem and never started. I have same car in Italy send it there and put it in that car less than a year the right side has "exploded" and lost all oils and is noisy. Really disappointed 235£ a shock absorber bought from autodoc 🙄🙄

I ordered parts from Bilstein over two weeks ago, and they sent me the wrong item. Since then, I've made repeated attempts to resolve this—multiple emails, phone calls, and voicemails—yet there has been no meaningful response. I've been dealing with someone named Mike in aftercare, but communication has been poor to nonexistent. I'm still waiting without a refund, without the correct parts, and without any clear timeline. This level of service is simply unacceptable. Customers deserve timely responses, clear communication, and prompt refunds when mistakes are made. As it stands, I'm extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this company.

Unfortunately, Mike was recently away from work due to sickness, which affected our ability to respond as promptly as we normally would. While this explains the delay, we appreciate that it does not make the situation any less frustrating for you, and we sincerely apologise.

Easy refund
Ordered a full set of shock absorbers and decided to send them back for a refund due to selling the car they would be fitted to. They made this process simple and i got my refund 3 weeks after sending them back. Customer service was excellent, they were very helpful.

Everything's great and a special tip
I had a very good experience with this store, but here’s one important tip: contact their customer service team before placing your order. They can help you identify the correct model/part number for your specific application and also let you know whether the items are in stock or on backorder.

Excellent Customer Service and Expert Guidance – Bilstein B6 for Audi TT Mk2mer service provided by the…
The customer service provided by the team has been amazing. A special thanks to Mark and Michael, who were extremely helpful throughout the process. They took the time to verify the fitment for my Audi TT Mk2 8J 3.2 V6 and guided me in choosing the right suspension setup.
I was initially quite confused between the Bilstein B6, B8 and B14 options, but Mark clearly explained the differences and helped me decide based on how I actually use the car. In the end, I went with the Bilstein B6, which was the most suitable option for my daily driving needs while still giving me the performance I was looking for.
The pricing was also very competitive, with a decent discount offered on the parts.
Overall, it has been a great experience so far, with excellent customer service, knowledgeable advice and very good pricing. I really appreciate the time and effort the team put into making sure I ordered the right parts for my car.
My only concern at the moment is the delivery time, as I am hoping to receive the parts as soon as possible. I will update my review once the parts have been delivered and I have had a chance to get them installed.
Highly recommended so far!

Postage is quick too.
I had a problem that I ordered a shock and then decided to go for lowered springs. They really helped out and their online chat is really useful if you’re unsure.

When I needed new front suspension…
When I needed new front suspension struts for my Mercedes SLK AMG. I browses the Internet looking at suppliers and fom reading reviews I see that Bilstein we highly recommend.
My local parts store informed me i would have a minimum of 4 weeks wait so looking on the Internet i found this company and they offered good prices and decent delivery times.
From ordering to delivery couldn't have been easier and them checking back to make sure the ones I requested were correct for my vehicle.
They were dispatched with great speed and I received them the next day very well packaged.
I will be using again without a doubt
