BIMSON POWER - AVOID!!!!!
I bought a jet wash from this lot in September 2025. 24 months warranty. Serviced and maintained exactly to the user manual.
Cut out and locked up a couple of weeks ago.
On returning and having technical inspection they have denied warranty because I “must” have stored the unit on its side or tipped it over because there is oil in the head/combustion chamber!!!! Unit was stored in a workshop upright on its wheels and only ever used upright on its wheels! How can oil in the head be denied because of operator error!?!
I now have to pay for a new one or PAY to have my one returned as it is.
Absolute joke. Customer service phone line non existent.

It’s a shame FedEx didn't leave a card when they missed you at the house, Now that we know what happened, we'll get the welder sent straight back out to you as soon as it's back at our warehouse.
