Terrible service I opened 6 tickets and…

Terrible service I opened 6 tickets and have never never had a response none can go without internet for ages don’t get me wrong when it’s working it’s good but often it’s not working at if I stop paying then will get a response I bet

Very disappointed

Feeling very let down by bink broadband . Disappointed beyond believe . Have had an ongoing issue they don’t reply to your tickets , calls or emails . Reported on Friday was told they could see a fault which was worrying in the words of the young man on the phone . Promised a call call from an engineer Friday . Today’s Tuesday have had hardly no internet live rural and am on priority register for my health which they are aware off .
Have not answered any of my calls or emails since Friday . Finally got through at 4.37pm today to be told in a very patronising way that I was not a priority they do t work weekends therefore it’s only Tuesday even though I reported the lack of service on Friday . My call then cut out because of internet going down again and he never attempted to call me back .
Still no call back or answer to my emails and it is 20.38 4 days after I reported it to them .
I’m hoping this gets sorted asap as the government is helping them with grants and I’m sure customer service should be a priority . And I’m afraid this company started out well but over the last 15 months it has declined to very poor .

Complete let down

Extremely poor business. Avoid!

We signed up to Bink Broadband on 25th March on behalf of a vulnerable family living in a rural area, relying on a stable connection for safety and communication.

They came to the property once, did nothing, and never returned. No installation, no updates.

Their customer support is practically non-existent – we’ve called numerous times, left messages, and chased for help, but no one ever calls back. At no point have they ever updated us with a status on the installation, even after contacting for clarification.

They were fully aware that this was a vulnerable family in a rural area with no internet or landline access, yet they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.

Totally unreliable, unresponsive, and unacceptable. Do not recommend Bink to anyone.

Not able to get hold of anyone.

Back in February our internet had stopped working. This continued for around a day or so and when it came back on I did tests to check the speed and packet loss. The speed was so much slower for example we usually get around 60-80 mbps but now on average we get 10-15. The packet loss is the worst part on average receiving 70% of packets late by around half a second and 3-5% complete loss. I have called several times and used their support ticket service on their webpage along with sending an email and so far there has been radio silence. I would not recommend this ISP at all!

Non existent customer service

This broadband service is very hit and miss. When on a teams call, the Internet drops in and out a lot. I have set up a ping and it is their end causing this. On top of this the Internet is down frequently. I have managed twice to speak to someone in the past, to be told they will send an engineer to visit or a new router. This has still not happened. Since then over the last fortnight, I have repeatedly rang the company and I only get voicemail. My Internet went down yesterday evening, and they have not set up a voice message to let people know if there is a problem. This occurrence seems to be happening more frequently. I have also emailed them and I have still not received a response. Customer service is non existent.

BT Broadband to Bink Broadband.

The changeover from BT to Bink Broadband was effortless with enthusiastic help from the Bink team.
We went from 1.89mbps to 120mbps overnight, what a difference that made. And it was cheaper. So 5☆ all round.

A Great Company

I have been with them since August 2023. I find them always to be courteous and helpful and the internet they provide is awesome, especially as I had 1 meg speeds with BT
