File Sanctuary - Outstanding Ultrafast Full Fibre Broadband
I've been a customer of File Sanctuary since July 2022, using their FTTP 1000/115 service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, all my pre-order queries were answered promptly and thoroughly, giving me full confidence in the service before signing up.
Since then, the broadband has been absolutely flawless – no interruptions, no issues, just reliable, ultrafast Internet as promised. The speed and stability of the connection have been excellent, making it perfect for everything from streaming to work-from-home needs.
I highly recommend File Sanctuary to anyone looking for dependable, high-speed Full Fibre Broadband. The level of service and support has been top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

As a small business owner to have the…
As a small business owner to have the peace of mind that my computer and work is secure and backed up is essential. File Sanctuary were fantastic at getting me set up, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Price is great too. Couldn't be happier with the service provided and 100% recommend File Sanctuary.

First class IT support
Extremely knowledgeable, IT systems are always stable, kept informed of useful developments, very helpful and professional.
We had tried another UK IT firm before finding File Sanctuary. File Sanctuary identified issues with the previous IT set up created by this other firm and fixed them very quickly. By far the best firm we have worked with, both in the UK and abroad.

Totally reliable cloud server
I chose FileSanctuary for a cloud server to deliver subscription content for my iOS app, and it has turned out to be an excellent decision. The server was easy to set up and has proved to be completely reliable. If support is required (for example how to expand storage for a ZFS pool), it is rapid, helpful, and detailed. As well as all this, it is exceptionally good value.
My desire was for a 'fit and forget' server that just works, so that I can focus my time on improving the app rather than fighting a server, and File Sanctuary delivered this seemlessly.
