This company is nonsense
This company is nonsense. they sell way overpriced mass produced extra large gel pads (essentially tens units) and classify it as "high-end" to make the consumer feel as if they will lose weight.
I would NOT recommend if you have any disability or form of EDS especially.
They also dont require consumers to agree to their $128 restocking return fee before purchasing and insist on lecturing consumers post return that it was the "basic common sense responsibility" to review such policies prior to purchase. Most restocking fees are 30-50 dollars not 128. The company doesn't even offer the return policy link in their online purchase steps. It's hidden within their faq web page. So in other words they bait and switch consumers if you try it 'free' like their ads say. Screw bionic gym. I'm sad these types of companies exist.
I gave them constructive criticism by offering to bolster themselves up by enacting a return policy agreement prior to purchase but essentially they just spat in my face in return.
I recommend to NOT buy this product or waste time and or money with this company.

The $128 return/restocking fee was not hidden. In fact, it’s clearly linked on our checkout page—alongside our refund, shipping, and cancellation policies, and was also explained to you directly by email before your return was approved. You agreed to it in writing.
BionicGym is a patented product backed by research and science. It’s not a generic TENS unit, and it’s helped thousands of users worldwide, many with specific needs—improve their fitness in a way that’s convenient and low-impact.
We did review your feedback about making return terms even more prominent, and we’re looking at that. But we stand behind how we communicated everything in your case.

When I received the first unit for some reason the control unit would not turn on. The support I received was excellent and I received a new one which worked great. The support team was responsive and very easy to work with.

Great device/good use of your time

One quick tip to make setup even faster: you can leave the gel pads attached to the wraps after your session, and just cover them with the plastic sheets — that way, they’re ready to go next time with minimal fuss.

I received my Bionicgym within the…
I received my Bionicgym within the timeframe indicated on their website. Also I am using the bionicgym for 3 weeks now I'm noticing some changes. With the way I feel after every use and now noticing some recent changes in my weight. So currently still a newbie and so far enjoying my journey to weight loss. I would definitely recommend this product for people who do have limitations to over exertion when working out or physical disability's.

I received this on Friday
I received this on Friday, Charged it on Saturday Morning an spent two hours just trying to get it on just 1 leg. In that 2 hours I tore 1 of the gel pads with sch ease it just sickened me that i was willing to fork out $800 dollars for this product after taxes.
Supposed to have 24/7 Support, yet the only support i could find was to schedule a zoom type call in the wee early mornings when on the east coast we are either sleeping or getting ready for work.

Regarding the gel pads, they shouldn’t tear that easily unless they’re being removed too harshly. A good tip to prevent this is to spray a bit of water on them before use or gently peel them off rather than pulling too quickly.
As for customer support, we are a small team doing our best to respond to all customer inquiries as quickly as possible. We strive to be available across different time zones to accommodate our customers worldwide. While we offer scheduled Zoom calls for troubleshooting, we are always available via email, and we aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours.

The people at Bionic Gym were so helpful and responded very quickly to my questions about my charger, which had stopped working. They worked with me over email and eventually decided to replace my battery charger at no cost to me, which was excellent. I’m so happy with their service, in particular Doha and Leil. Your new daily companion for success
This machine is incredible. After witnessing the transformation of my cousin, Tate, I knew this would help me. This system fits so well in my daily life. The workouts are exhilarating, and you genuinely feel the intensity each workout. After 25-30 sessions, the gel pads and shocks will fade, and it is time to change them for out. No mess! No fuss! No creams or ointments. Just great fitness on your schedule. I am so grateful for the bionic gym being a daily part of my life.

The unit has been returned. Had great CS to proceed.
Shipped and received by Michael. I have tried multiple times to make contact with Doho. I tried to call the phone number from my CC receipt. It disconnected.
I even pulled out another phone to down load the WhatsApp and text the recommended number via the not chat. Received a message not part of the app???
All I am requiring verbal acknowledgment of unit and a bit of communication.
No viable contact to reach a real person with a real phone call is not a proactive business model.
I have all information. BOT messaging is not communication.

I’ve been using BionicGym for over 3…
I’ve been using BionicGym for over 3 years now. It’s not only helped me lose weight but also to keep it off. It’s also very energizing. The muscles in my legs have become stronger and more pronounced. I’ve found that I still see benefits after using it at low levels for 3-5 hours while sitting and working at home. However, when I’m up for it, I like to build up a sweat at a higher intensity for 1-2hrs. The only times I haven’t seen results of some sort is when I haven’t used it. It’s too easy to use, so it’s a shame not to!
