Been using this for 2 months now - It can be improved on
Been using this for 2 months now. I used it in the very first week during a conference and managed to hit 803 Cal in an active looser glucose gobblers and 638 Cal in a very active twinkle toes session.
The transfer of the sessions into the device is very useful. This avoids interrupted sessions due to Bluetooth connection issues, app crashes, screen timeouts, calls, etc, which will happen on other EMS systems like EMS Fit and Sbody. This does mean that the timing of the programs are fixed, but fell much more varied that the variable timing ones on EMS Fit and Sbody.
However, the seam of the wraps ripped within the first week (the replacement is still on its way), the gel pads need to be changed (and you will get zapped where the gel has worn off along the edges, though simple hydrogel layer acts as a temporary barrier), the position of the main device between you legs walk strange, and the wire can get caught/tangled and disconnect especially when having to bend the knees, while doing a quick chore. A pants version with the main device on the hip that uses the newer silica gel electrodes that do not need to be replaced would be a great improvement. Even a redesigned leg wrap with the main device on the front instead of the inside would be an improvement.

doesn't work
I had an earlier iteration of this device but gave it up because it never worked properly. Some years later I figured you had worked out the kinks and bought a new device. I STILL CAN'T GET IT TO WORK.
I paired the device with my blue tooth. Once. Now its not recognizing my phone -- the phone says its connected but the controls do not.
So I "forgot " the device and tried to repair. Now my phone doesn't recognize the device. It is flashing blue and is fully charged.
I am so disappointed. Why does this never work for me. By the way, my phone is a new Apple 15.
Last time I ate the significant investment I had made. This time I feel i should get a full refund if you cant get it to work consistently.

What a wonderful product and one of the nicest customer services I have experienced.
I work out with bionicgym every day for 1-2 hours and my legs are getting tighter and stronger while I am sweating. My endurance is getting better and the extra calory burning is overall noticeable on my body, I look much more ripped after two weeks.

I have been using BionicGym for several years.

BionicGym & MS - Use of my BionicGym to help elevate some of the Symptoms of my MS
I have been using my BionicGym for about a year and a half, with the hope that its daily use might have positive effects on me, and my Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis) [I have had MS for almost 20 years]
{my MS primarily affects my cerebellum - my balance! So exercising in tradition ways is virtually impossible for me}
I don’t expect anything miraculous from my BionicGym but as I already have an EDSS of 6! (MS is classified on a scale of 0 [no MS] to 10 [dead as a result of MS]) , I am hoping that with everything else I do (Exercise, meditation, & various stress relief Techniques), I can slow my MS’s progression

It is one of the best decisions I made for myself!
I was over 300lbs and exercise was very challenging because of that and arthritis in my knee and ankles. I use the bionic gym everyday when I was sitting or doing things around the house. Sometimes I would have it on for 4 - 6 hrs. I enjoy it so much. I follow a low calorie/carb/keto lifestyle. I would drop sometimes a pound every day. Today I and down 118lbs and I know the bionic gym helped get me there. When my power pack malfunction they replaced it and shipped it very quickly. I like the videos and support. I am almost to the point I do not need the extenders so happy I didn't listen to people who said it is too expensive and makes you lazy. I made a decision to invest in my health and it worked. The bionic gym works!

I always thought it was going to be too…
I always thought it was going to be too expensive but when I hadn’t purchased the items because it look like it was really gonna work my legs that I’ve always complained about, but I’ve had it and I’m not happy. It doesn’t target specific area in my legs, I don’t feel that it’s doing anything, not happy. I spent all that money.
