We want to clarify that Bioniq GO is structured as a 3-month program, where a full 3-month personalized supply is delivered upfront, while payments are split into monthly instalments.

This structure, including the payment schedule and subscription terms, is shown at checkout and in the confirmation emails. That said, we understand how this can be confusing, and we’re continuously working to make this clearer and more intuitive.

In terms of cancellation, members can choose to settle any remaining balance at any time and cancel immediately, or wait until the final payment is completed, after which the subscription can be canceled before any new cycle begins. There are no further charges or shipments beyond the agreed 3-month cycle unless a member chooses to continue.

We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both our communication and overall experience. If there’s anything we can do to support you directly, please feel free to reach out to us.
