I am writing this because I read some surprisingly bad reviews !! As my experience has been so very positive. My supplements have never been sent without the Bionq admin team checking first and reminding me that my subscription is due. I have had to delay my order due to Bioniq's advice, and obviously not been charged whilst we review my needs, which was to take less of the formula for now, so not out just to make money, they seem to genuinely care !! Thank you

Thèse product has absolutely no effect on the body. Me and all my friends tried it and there is absolutely no difference at all. Even blood test not changing even after months
More over it’s almost impossible to cancel the sub. After 3 videos you can click on cancel. They have your card details and it’s impossible to remove it ! Never saw something like this. They rob u and force u to pay forever. Product completely destroyed by marketing

Love the product but all has gone wrong recently
UPDATE - had contact from customer service. The option to tailor the formula shouldn't have been available on the website and they aren't taking on new customers for the pro product. I'm happy with the product so will stick with them in the hope that either I can tailor my formula or switch back to pro in the near future.
Who knows if they are still trading in the UK? I've been trying to update my GoFormula but heard nothing back then a repeat order arrived of the old formula. Numerous emails over a 3 month period, helpdesk logs, attempted phone calls (UK always engaged) but no response. Money is still being collected so I assume they haven't shut down. Does anyone know anything? The herbalife buyout seems to be the worst thing that has ever happened to Bioniq.

Bioniq makes it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. Be very careful. I have spent many hours trying to cancel my subscription. Clearly, their strategy is to make canceling as complicated as possible. After several attempts to cancel my subscription is still active. Outrageous.

Good on the joints
I have been using bioniq go for over 3 months and I can see a big change in the joints. I am running 2/3 times per week without any issues and the day to day feels good. I will be interested in trying bioniq pro at some point in the future.
