I made the mistake of ordering collagen peptides from this company. While the product could be decent, I’m really disgusted. I received my first order of three packets, which would take me at least a year to complete. Two weeks later, I received a notification that my order was on its way so I responded with an email telling them absolutely no cancel this order.!!!! while I did get a response asking me. Do you want to cancel the subscription?? yes and cancel the order. I thought I made that really really clear. However they sent it to me anyway, charged me and basically told me tough shit because there was nothing they could do. This is appalling customer service to say the least. I would never refer a product from a company that doesn’t give a shit about its customers!

Did nothing, no change, no effect. The advertiser claims are science fiction, not fact. Do not waste money. The longer the ad the less lightly it is fact based.

I am a seasoned online shopper who values my time and appreciates sites that are straight forward and easy to understand. Today I wasted so much time on this website trying to figure out all the options and marketing gimmicks and last minute offers presented. My head was spinning trying to keep it all straight and questions kept coming up as I browsed. The good thing was that they at least had a telephone number, so I was able to speak with a representative who was polite.
When I reached the rep I explained how exasperated I was trying to understand the website and how the "bio bucks" and subscription options work. Through her help, I discovered, I wasn't signed in when I checked out ,so my order wouldn't earn "bio bucks". I was so frustrated after learning she could not fix it. All she could say was sorry. That's when I asked the rep to cancel the order, which she did.
It was only after I continued to ask questions that she
reviewed more options and helped me understand how to order using the" subscribe and save" option and fine tune it to my needs. (that is not clear on the site). I then further asked for explanation of the $15 "bio bucks" I would earn. I was told I'd receive $15 only if I made successful referrals, and only earn 1.5% for the purchase. Maybe I'm dense, but that wasn't readily apparent to me on the website. I find this such a waste of my time as well as the reps. If this was all clearly spelled out on the site there would be no need to seek help. I'm exhausted.
In the end, I decided I don't need "bio bucks" and I wouldn't want to put my friends and family through the aggravation and time needed to understand how the site works, so I decided to not order anything . I will look elsewhere to purchase my magnesium and other supplements.
On another note, I also was uncomfortable not knowing the percentages of each of the 7 different magnesiums in the bottle. People have a right to know exactly what is in products they are consuming. I'm surprised the company is allowed to do that.

This is a complete scam. I took them for 3 days and felt terrible. I spent $125 for 3 bottles and is a total waste of my money. The magnesium, probiotics and the Berberine breakthrough. I want my money back and will announce on all platforms if I do not get it back. Total lies!!

This review is for Bioprimizers UK. Unfortunately I have had an issue with an order which has not been delivered due to a wrong postcode. I don’t know if the mistake was me or them. This isn’t the problem, tbe problem is you can’t talk to anyone, they don’t respond to emails & you just can’t sort anything out. I have called Royal Mail myself & they told me it had a postcode in Wales on the package, I live in Essex. UPDATE, I have now had a response from the customer service department who said they had an issue with their email system. They have given me a partial refund & sent a new item out to the correct address so I am more than happy with this.

This company is breaking the law. In the United States, the FDA requires manufacturers to list the specific quantity and name of each dietary ingredient in a "Supplement Facts" panel. Ingredients must include measurements like milligrams (mg) or micrograms (mcg) to show the amount per serving. They don't provide this information, which is highly suspicious. Some forms of magnesium are cheaper than others, and are less easily absorbed. There's a lot of hype on this site, but little real information.

I absolutely love BiOptimizers products. First I bought magnesium breakthrough which helped me so much with anxiety and the 2nd product was mushroom collagen . Then 2 together changed my life. Customer service is brilliant especially Jessica which is always helpful. 100% recommend

I purchased bioptimizers magnesium breakthrough back in I think it was Sept 2025. I purchased it for myself and my wife hoping it would really help her with sleeping and more energy. Well it really did not help either one of us, so after two months and nothing I decided to get my money back so I called and explained what I wanted, don’t believe there money back guarantee of 365 days, you will only get your money back on any unopened bottles so if you order six bottles and you have taken it for five months and now your on your sixth or last bottle and it hasn’t helped you at all so you call and explain it hasn’t helped you are asked how many unopened bottles you have left well guess what you don’t have any unopened bottles so you do not get a refund. They don’t give your money back because their product did not work for you they only give your money back on any unopened bottles you return to them. This is very bad customer relations and service, so to me there product is a fraud. a fake. Don’t buy it !!! It doesn’t work

I was actually having severe pains from by butt to my leg those pains were unbearable, painful and severe i started the magnesium breakthrough on October 24th I started feeling better with no pains on November 3rd today is November 18th I’ve been pain free. Please consider taking it for muscle and nerve

Tried to place an order, cart is horrible

Then did a live chat and agent was quick, I was trying to place a large order for my clients. They told me the website and cart is getting fixed and they sent me to Amazon to pay Full price and even to go to sprouts and even pay more than full price. I'm a Chek practitioner and now looking for another vendor

Bioptimisers uk. Sent out a subscription even though I had cancelled and have simply not responded to any email or contact to simply return unopened order. Sad thing is I buy quite a bit from them, but this episode has resulted in my electing to switch to a different supplier for my supplements. I simply wanted to return and re-order when I need new supplies. Post sale support is the measure of a great company and sadly they (vipertech as their agent in the uk managing orders) have spectacularly failed. So disappointing

They were very very quick and good about handling the refund. I updated the stars to reflect this.

They are very misleading and rely on the heaviest marketing to sell their products. I purchased Masszymes and the products do NOT help at all. I have used digestive enzymes in the past from reputable companies like Thorne and can literally feel the difference in my digestion. I don't know why I thought I could find something better, especially through such a scammy looking website... It's my fault in the end.

I placed an order with BiOptimizers on April 6, 2025, and requested a refund under their 365-day satisfaction guarantee. I contacted their support team on April 28 and again on May 1, both messages were ignored.

Per their stated policy, I only opened one bottle of each product and returned everything else unused. This meets the conditions for a refund. Instead of honoring their guarantee, BiOptimizers has provided no response, no RMA, and no accountability. It’s now been over two weeks with complete silence.

This isn’t about the refund, it’s about trust. If a company builds its brand around health, transparency, and customer care, ignoring valid refund requests violates all three.

Until they respond and resolve this, I can’t recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the Digestive Health Stack in October 2024. I reached out today to use the 365-Day Guarantee on "all Bioptimizer products". The guarantee is included on the bottom of the Stack product page for digestive-health-stack.

However, I was told that the guarantee doesn't apply to stacks or multipole bottles of the same thing. When I responded with the page information above, they sent me to a line in the terms and conditions that qualifies the 365-day guarantee. This significant and very expensive caveat isn't referenced even with an * on the guarantee on the Stack product page, so this is definitely underhanded and intentionally misleading.

I'll never order from a company that uses such deceptive practices again.

I ordered their magnesium 12 days ago, the UPS delivery tracking changes every single day to the next day. I wrote to the customer service and the email came back after about 6 hours that it is not possible to deliver. Great product but awful service. I am leaving abroad and won’t get my package, although I ordered it 14 days before. Just for the info I ordered it to a very central Florida address where the delivery trucks come and go several times a day.

I have tried a lot of different magnesium formulations, and I like this one. Maybe it's the individual ingredients or maybe it's the synergy, but I did feel that my breathing while running was improved while taking this. Looking forward to taking this another couple months and then rechecking my lab work to see how it makes a difference!

I have been taking magnesium, enzymes and probiotics for the past 3 years.
My health and performance have never been better! I highly recommend it.

I ordered 3 bottles of their magnesium... 7 days later, and UPS tracking label states that they still haven't received the item. I've called customer service, and they told me they would reach back out to me that day, they didn't... nor the next day. I even emailed their customer support email twice now in the last 3 days, and still haven't gotten a reply. Next step appears that i will have to contact my bank and get the charge disputed. NO TRUST or communication from this company and very disorganized. I needed these supplements in the window they were explained, and it's already passed due and it hasn't even shipped.

I ordered this for the first time. Took 1 tablet instead of the recommended 2, just to see how it would affect me. Within an hour I felt nauseous and light headed. Deciding that it wasn't going to be something I could take, I decided to look up their return policy.
I was incredibly upset to find out that they wouldn't do a refund at all unless the bottle was unopened. So after spending over $40 on a bottle of supplements that I can't take I'm out this money.
What's the point of sending something back that I haven't tried? You don't know how it's going to affect you or work for you unless you try it and then your just out this much money!
