This is a scam. Didn’t send item (waited 3 weeks with no update) then didn’t respond to request for refund until I disputed transaction with my bank for a refund. DO NOT order from this company.

Completely misleading to show good quality items then post out cheap plastic

NOT A REAL BRAND. A drop shipping trap. Basically overcharging temu quality items.
Items are also not the same as online!

Terrible. Quality is awful and they try to scam me when I refunded. Then it cost me £30 to send back because they drop shipped from China. Never buy from here

Further to my previous negative review: nothing changes other than the fact that after numerous, and perhaps unnecessary, exchanges of emails with some 'AI representative' offering various levels of cash settlements, Birchbourne has now fully refunded my purchase costs and the sandals have been donated to a local charity shop so some good has come out of all this.

I would encourage anyone experiencing similar problems to persevere - they will capitulate in the end....

Honestly don’t waist your money or time! Item arrived about 3 weeks after purchase, nothing like as described or the photo on their website. Informed customer service. They sent what looks like a generic apology and offered a 20% refund For some absolute tat. It’s a Con.

Ordered an item, took 18 days to arrive. When it finally came the wrong size was sent. Tried to ask for a return/ refund.

Was offered discounts (40%) which to me makes it feel like why did I even pay the original amount if this is a viable option. Declined the offer and now being ignored.

I purchased a winter coat and it keeps me warm without being bulky. The stitching and fabric appear to be durable so far
