My order was so cheap and expensive for what they were. I’ve tried to return my order with nothing response!

I wish I read the reviews before ordering my daughter's prom dress. It took over 2 weeks to arrive, I tried to cancel the order, no response from the customer service. Now the dress arrived - nothing like the picture, cheap and poor quality, but it wasn't cheap to buy. Trying to contact customer services for the return - no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! Order 1703. Please respond to the actual emails I have sent to your customer support. Writing here that you are sorry does not resolve the issue.

Awful experience, the London in their name is irrelevant, glorified Tik tok shop with nothing glorified about it. Ordered 20 days ago and no sign of turning up. Customer service none existent, asked for tracking, asked for any kind of update, asked for a refund twice - nothing. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered these dresses for graduation, not knowing that they would take weeks to arrive. After I had no update on estimated shipping after 3 days I emailed and called to cancel the order NO RESPONSE. So a week later I emailed to cancel it again as it was past the event now anyway. I then received the parcel 3 weeks after ordering and haven't opened any, just wanting to return them. However the return process is lengthy and has been a chain of emails for days. I just want my money back as it wasn't stated that they would take this long to arrive and I tried cancelling the order before they were shipped anyway. I thought I was supporting a small local business but the dresses have been shipped from China and are of very poor quality from what I can see.

THE WORST PART IS they don't want the returns as no one else will buy them I've spent OVER £160 and am only offered a 30% refund. TOLD THE SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE TOO MUCH BUT IN REALITY THEY ARE NEGLIGIBLE TO THE AMOUNT I WILL LOOSE

I ordered 3 dresses after checking the returns policy for an upcoming wedding. Dresses arrived in very poor quality, even arriving without labels. I followed the steps for a return but have heard no word after a week. The dresses made from the cheapest fabric, not like the picture, and over charging . It is ridiculous the lack of costumer service I received.

I ordered a shirt that when it arrived was huge and clearly not a M size as advertised. Emailed several times but only offered a credit note. To get a full refund you have to ship back to China and I have no faith that even then they would honour a refund. So reluctantly accepted 30% refund. Total scam. DONT BUY FROM CRAW-

This company is a scam. The dress I ordered wasn’t delivered on time and it looked like a rag when it finally arrived. The dress didn’t match the picture. I have been emailing them for a refund but they aren’t responding to my emails. Do not buy from this store. They are scammers

The dress I received did not match the dress advertised on the website. The product photos clearly showed a corset lace-up back, but the dress I received had a completely different design with a zip closure instead.

I provided photos of the item received and screenshots from the website showing the differences. Despite this, I felt that customer service did not properly review the evidence and continued to treat my case as a standard return rather than an item that was not as described.

What was most frustrating was being told that I would need to return the dress to China at my own expense, even though the company’s return policy states that if an item is not what you ordered, they will cover the return shipping costs.

After several emails, I was offered only a 30% refund to keep the dress. I accepted this because returning the item to China would have cost almost half the value of the dress, but I do not believe this was a fair resolution.

Overall, I felt misled by the product photos and disappointed by the way my complaint was handled. Update:

Thank you for your response. My order number is #1354. Update : DEAR ALL , please avoid this store. After they replied to my message, nothing happened. They ask everyone for a tracking number and then do absolutely nothing with it. If only I could post photos of the dress here, you would see what they are actually sending out. Buy your items from SHEIN instead – the quality is better and they are three times cheaper. I have no idea why they are still allowed to sell their products legally.

Timeline Update: Order placed 6th June! Order Delivered 20th June. Customer services emailed the same date about the item and I requested return label. Crawleigh responded 21st with offer of store credit. I responded 22nd June. 28th June crawleigh responded to which i replied. July 1st: Ive not heard back. To be continued!

ORDER #1313. Ordered a Shirt online. Completely different shirt arrived (different fit, different fabric and different colour shade). Asked for a return and refund. Customer service replied super quick offering me a credit which I declined. Now they won’t reply to any of my emails 🤣🤣🤣 absolutely crazy behaviour from an online store. Please avoid making the same mistake as me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - SCAMMERS!! items arrived without tags 2.5 weeks after i ordered and when i tried to email the customer service team / contact their phone number to query returns process the email and phone number are invalid. i’m extremely disappointed

Avoid using this company. Product sold to me was completely incorrect / not as advertised. Ordered a size 13 shoe, was sent a size 10, now they are telling me I either have to pay to return to china or keep the item and receive a 30% refund. Return Order #1155

I've been duped again! Appalling lengthy communications trying to return a faulty product. Do not buy from this company they are not what they advertised and still expect me to pay for a faulty return or as they all seem to do, give you a small refund. Next steps legal as they seem to be oblivious to UK law.

Today's update even though faulty item they refuse to pay for return postage and the company name is Liu Changxing in China.

Poor quality and terrible customer service, dress is nothing like the image online, do not buy from here. Attempted multiple times to contact them regarding a returns label and haven’t heard anything back!

Absolute scam , the dress is a nothing like the picture and cannot return as its a dodgy email and phone number to contact , email address provided is address not found and phone number does not connect so iv wasted 40 quid 😡😡😡😡😡😡 do not buy from this company !!!!!!

Ordered June 7th one dress and still not arrived. I have had some comms but it’s too late the event I bought it for has been and gone

This company is a complete scam! Do not buy from them! Dress arrived much later than it was meant to meaning I now only have one day to find a new dress for an important event. The dress is absolutely nothing like what was advertised, nothing at all. Quality is cheap and completely see through as well. It was supposed to have a boned corset top part but has nothing at all the top is just a flimsy piece of see through material. Trying to get my money back but surprise surprise phone number they’ve provided doesn’t work. Says they are in Croydon but it is in fact a company in china.

This website is a scam. The dress I received looked nothing like the photos advertised on the website. Delivery took much longer than expected, which was especially frustrating because I had an important event to attend.

When the dress finally arrived, it didn’t fit properly, and I ended up having to alter and hem it myself. The fabric was cheap, the quality was poor, and the overall product was extremely disappointing.

After doing some research, I discovered that the same dresses and clothing items are being sold on multiple other websites, which raised even more concerns about the legitimacy of this company.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from this website. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
