Amazing hats! Excellent quality! Have been getting so many compliments on both of the ones I purchased. I just started taking golf lessons so these are fantastic and a bonus…my childhood nickname is “birdie” lol

I recently picked up the Straight Bombs headcover from Birdie Boss, and it absolutely delivers. The design is bold, fun, and definitely gets attention on the course. It fits my driver perfectly — snug but easy to take on and off. The material feels high-quality and durable, and the stitching is solid. It’s a great way to show some personality in your bag while keeping your club protected. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to add a little swagger to their setup.

I have ordered a few hats from here now and have had a great experience every time. They have all shipped and arrived in a timely manner and the fit of the hats is great. I have a hard time finding has that fit well since I have a big head and tend to be between sizes but their hats fit great. would definitely recommend.

I've had some issues with some of the gloves, but honestly Nick from birdie boss understands customer service, and he's the reason I will continue to keep buying from them. Sometimes stuff happens, I had a glove that ripped on the first day and one glove that left a blue mark on my hand, but they have always responded to my emails and replaced the product at not cost to myself. The gloves are honestly fantastic, they fit great with a good grip and look pretty damn cool, I've gotten my friends to start buying them as well. Over all great company, customer service, and great product. Hats off to Nick and birdie boss.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I would’ve found these reviews prior to writing this. I had the exact same problem that most had with saying that the package was out for delivery and waiting two weeks to find out the package was never even shipped but showed return to sender. Did get in contact with the company and they stated that my package was returned to them, but they would gladly replace the order. In the same breath telling me that two of my items are out of stock which show they were in stock on their website still. Classic bait and switch tactics and who knows if I’ll even receive anything from them at this point. I ordered my initial package almost a month ago and still have not received anything from them.

Held my order for almost a week before shipping. Website lies about shipping partners used. Some shipping company I've never herd of(OSM??) has had my package 2 weeks now. Still haven't received.

Ordered a glove that unfortunately ripped while at the driving range, I believe due to it being a bit too small. I went onto their website and put in a customer service request and sent an email (that is listed in order confirmation and their website if some people who rate would bother looking around for 30sec to find it). Nick got back to me within a day and sent a new glove after confirming the new size and design with me so it hopefully will not rip again. If the product is still flimsy/poor quality it will impact how I feel, but their customer service is very good and people who rate otherwise are probably lazy and don’t bother looking past the front page of the website for the solution to their problem they’re incapable of solving themselves :)

Paid for express shipping. Package is lost and won’t be delivered on time no way to contact birdie boss or shipper

From start to finish I've never had a problem with my orders until my last order I placed. I bought 3 gloves 2 head covers and I was supposed to get a free mystery hat which I didn't get but that's ok people make mistakes. I contacted Nick at birdie boss and that day my hat was on its way! I've ordered multiple polos and hats and they are great! I've seen negative comments on the gloves but I have played 10 rounds with the Gilmore gold glove and very little wear. The key to these gloves after rounds put it back in the pouch it came in with a silica moisture pack. It will keep from dry rotting. Birdieboss for the win!

Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews, maybe I’m one of the lucky ones or something but got my order pretty quickly and customer service has been spot on. The markers I got are really nice quality, look exactly how they do online and have a decent weight to them. Can’t speak to their other product but the markers are great.

This place is a complete SCAM! They take your money and claim your order has been delivered! Funny when I have cameras surrounding the house and the order states delivered to a person at the front door! I reach out to the company on three occasions and no response. DO NOT BUY FROM BIRDIEBOSS! They are scammers! I filed a legal complaint as well as with my CC company.

No customer support! My order was returned to sender (Birdieboss) and I cannot get anyone to respond at their support email after multiple inquiries (they have no phone number). I now have no product and no refund.
