Booked and paid for a trip costing £464.
I received an email confirmation and contacted them about the location of the meeting point via WhatsApp I was told there was no trip and that I could book an alternative date or receive a refund. All well and good but that £464 is now out of my account and won’t be refunded for 5-7 days which means we will be unable to book elsewhere. I am very frustrated that they allowed me to book a trip that wasn’t available.

Our guide and the boat driver were very kind and helpful. They arrived on time and made us feel safe.
Our guide joined us into the water to guide us and make some pictures with his GoPro. We were very lucky and saw lots of mantas and even a turtle.

Great trip. It was easy to book and all information required was on the website. The guide was very friendly, helpful and informative.

Spectacular boat trip. We had an amazing sunset in the middle of the sea overseeing the city. The boat crew has also very nice to us! Recommended!

We booked a boat trip to the caves with snorkelling for our family of five. Everyone had a great time, the guides were super friendly and picked a great spot for the boat to anchor for a swimming stop. Communication via WhatsApp regarding the booking was fast and smooth as well. Highly recommended.

Well organized, nice guides, not overpriced. We booked the private trip and the service was great. We started on time and had the whole boat to ourselves. We didn’t get to see mantas unfortunately, but got to see dolphins which are quite unusual in the area (and apparently mantas are scared of them which means one or the other) and sea turtles. We started the trip a bit later (11:30) so the spots were less crowded than in the morning. Our guide had a go pro and took a lot of pictures and videos of us underwater.

We took a boat tour from Portimao in Algarve to see the caves and marina beaches including the Benagil cave. The tour guide and captain spoke English, French and Spanish and explained all the beautiful caves to us. We even had a chance to swim off the boat at the end of the tour for a few minutes. Our group of 9 loved the tour and highly recommend it.

This was a tough one to write but I have to put safety before anything. My daughter and I had what was meant to be a great experience to the most scariest we have ever had. Our group was hit by 3 6-7 freaking waves and we nearly drowned amongst many others in the group who were not wearing life vests. Now yes they are available on the boat but not mandatory. In those waters they should b made compulsory. The seas are very aggressive and unpredictable an area where is quite dangerous with currents and swells. I tried to hold my daughter up and swallowed so much water we fought to get back to the boat we were in a very dangerous situation the waves actually broke in deep waters. Yes I am writing this because someone will eventually get hurt or worse if this is not made mandatory. After the first spot and that scare we would not get in the water on the final two spots to visit so we didn’t enjoy the trip. Everyone else on the boat after the incident and eventually got back to the boat with help from the crew rescued from the sea were vomiting overboard. It is the company’s responsibility to make sure they don’t take people in those seas the night before was a new moon causing shifts of the ocean so they should of been aware of the dangers. I want the Bali tourist board to make it mandatory for every single person who snorkels with the manta rays at Nusa Panida to make it compulsory I will bring my story to them how terrifying the situation was we were in. It was very traumatic for us to process. I would not want this happen to someone else or with a worse outcome.

I had a great day with Jero Kadek, who picked me up on time and was very friendly and professional. The jeep tour was also well organized, and the second driver who drove the jeep through the mountains was very skilled and helpful. Both of them made me feel safe and comfortable during the trip. Even though my legs were a bit sore and I couldn't enjoy every part as much as I wanted, I still had a wonderful experience. Thank you both – I really appreciate your work and highly recommend this tour!

The contact info and detaile about tours were really accurate. I did everything online and even contacted the person through WhatsApp at night and she/he replied ASAP. The service, quality and everything provided was top quality and straightforward.

We had a wonderful snorkling trip arranged via Birdmi. I was experiencing issues with my creditcard payment and immediately received help through Whatsapp, very accurate!
