booked car park with cctv etc, got a text that they have changed to meet and greet which was a red flag just hand my car over to a random person dont think so ,got a call in the middle of the night 3 hours before flight so difficult to change ,but luckily got in at a reputable firm , probably would not see my car again if i stayed with them ,tried to contact for refund no reply scam avoid at all cost's don't need this before holiday 🤬

Do not use, complete scam

Website is awfully designed, and resulted in the transaction being duplicated and charged 5 times.

There is no support phone number on their website, and the listed email address is no longer monitored.

The only refund option on the actual website is for a voucher, but this is actually refundable to the original payment method by going to the holiday extras website.

This is not clearly mentioned anywhere, and I believe this is a contrived method to get users to give up their consumer rights to a refund within the 14 day cooling off period, which they are entitled to by law.

In the end, I was able to cancel all the transactions, and will book via a reputable website.

Late fees scam. Avoid

Almost got caught out by this parking company that looks legitimate by offering Valet Parking at Birmingahm Airport. As far as I am aware there are only two companies that operate in the valet area of Birmingham Airport; NCP and Maple, so how they are able to sell valet parking online is anyone's guess. The company is actually Holiday Extras based in Kent. In the small print here is the major scam catch in booking with them:

Early or late? Here are the car park's late return fees:
0-5 minutes: £10.00
5-10 minutes: £20.00
Each extra 5 minues thereafter: £5

Considering how often flights are delayed, this is nothing other than daylight robbery, and quite possibly a Trading Standards issue. Avoid.

Parked my car in carpark 5 for two…

Parked my car in carpark 5 for two weeks came back off my holiday to find out my car had been stolen two days before I got back .went at midnight and they lifted barriers to let them out .if I was late back I would have had to pay extra but they let them take my car two days earlier . haven't had an apology or any acknowledgement from them .only to find out one went in June as well.keyless entry cars so be very careful.its just been a nightmare trying to sort it out with insurance.never again will i park a car at birmingham.so much for CCTV regular patrols barrier entry .

Scam site

Their phone number tells you to go to holiday extras. Their online form returns a 403 error
Their email returns chr@holidayextras. com
Spoke to Holiday extras to ask if the company was owned by them and could they deal with the query but they don't.
Money was taken but suggest it is a scam site.

Booked through this website in the week. Got to the airport and the code wouldn’t work. Booking not recognised. Scam company. Money taken from bank.

Birminghamparking.com in hiding?

The company seems to have gone into hiding rather than dealing with refunds and credits for cancelled parking due to COVID. They have an automatic message on all their published telephone numbers saying that they are working from home dealing with urgent requests, and then the call is cut off. It also says if you have any further questions please visit their website, yet there is nothing there about what they are doing in the current situation nor even an acknowledgement about COVID. Completing the "Contact Us" form on their website, and pressing send, just results in a broken page error notice. On "Manage My Booking" there is a sign saying that our booking is cancelled and an e.mail sent to us, yet we have received nothing. At this time they should be dealing with refunds, or at the least credits, or the possibility to transfer a booking to a date in the future.
