Excellent value and excellent service. The guys I dealt with were polite, pleasant and keen to be helpful as possible. After the only time a phone was not answered I was called back within a minute. So keep them apprised if your timings and requirements and they are ready for you as needed. Even charged my electric car ready for collection (separate charge obviously). Absolutely recommend and will use nothing else now if flying from Birmingham

Very disappointing experience with this…
Very disappointing experience with this platinum valet parking service.
We specifically chose this company because they promised a car cleaning service, which was not done at all. On top of that, the service was extremely unprofessional. We called 45 minutes before arrival , yet still had to wait around 20 minutes outside in the cold with an infant and multiple suitcases just to get our car and key back.
After a long journey, this added unnecessary stress and frustration. The lack of organisation and failure to deliver what was promised is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this service and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

Can't recommend this service highly enough. We were met on arrival at the car park and booked in straight away. Short walk to departures.
On return our car arrived at the car park at the same time as we did so no waiting around. Straight into the car and on our way!
Lovely attendant both times, would definitely use again

BRILLIANT ....very impressed
We used platinum valet in March 2026. We arrived with my car, communication was brilliant and drop off and pick up was spot on. We found the people involved were really friendly and welcoming. We will definitely use again.

We take comments like this very seriously; however, we must clarify a few important points.
None of our drivers smoke, and we have strict policies in place regarding conduct in customer vehicles. The suggestion that cigarette ash was left in the car is therefore something we would strongly dispute.
In relation to your dash cam, this is typically disconnected as part of our standard operating procedures, which are outlined in our terms and conditions. This is done for security and data protection reasons, particularly to safeguard the location and operations of our parking facilities.
At present, we are unable to trace this feedback to a verified booking. We would ask that you contact us directly with your booking reference and full details so we can investigate this matter thoroughly.

Top quality customer care.
Amazing service at the start and end of our holiday. It was early morning and awful weather so I missed the entrance to the car park. A gentleman called and asked if I had just driven past, then directed me back in. Very helpful and friendly staff once there who directed myself and my son to the airport entrance which was the shortest walk away.
Upon landing back in the UK, I called to inform them we were getting our luggage. When we got back to the car, it was warm and ready to go, no damage and no major mileage. The gentleman helped load my suitcases into the boot and had a cracking smile.
Will absolutely be using again.

Really shocking service
Really shocking service , took our vehicle in and then when on holiday what's app us to say the charge had gone up and i would not get my car back unless i paid extra!!!

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, however this is not an accurate reflection of events.
The additional charge was discussed with you at the time of check-in, prior to your vehicle being accepted, as your vehicle falls outside our standard parking criteria. This was also recorded on the check-in documentation and signed at the point of handover.
A payment link was then sent the same day referencing the agreed “Larger Vehicle Charge.” No charges were increased or introduced whilst you were on holiday.
Your vehicle remained secure at all times and was returned as scheduled. Release of vehicles is subject to settlement of agreed charges, in line with standard practice.
We take all feedback seriously, but it is important that reviews accurately reflect the facts of the situation.
Couldn’t ask for a better service
Along with the on time pick up and drop off, it can back with a full valet clean. The car look as if it is brand new. Service was amazing.

A good value and professional outfit…
A good value and professional outfit that I felt comfortable leaving my car with. The final star would be earned by ensuring their luggage trolleys available at the valet parking area as it’s a long walk to the terminal, especially so with the building works that are happening.
Very easy dropping off and very easy collecting.

Great service
Somy was great, easy reachable and informative. My car was just how I left it, mileage, fuel level and condition of the car checked before we left for departures. Will be using platinum valet again.
