Took weeks to arrive (from China, I discovered) and I received the wrong item. “Annie” the “54 year old small business owner” blames her supplier and plays the sympathy card stating she may have to close her business. No refund received, so I will have to dispute with my credit card holder. Absolute scam - AVOID AVOID AVOID

I placed my order for 2 t-shirts as gifts on January 20 2026.As of today March 23 I have not received my package. I have made several attempts via e-mail, phone call and message on their website. I have not received one word of communication in any form from the company. I'm very disappointed and have filed a formal dispute with my billing company.

Wrong color received. They promised to send correct color haven't responded to an email since Feb3/26.

Been 3 weeks since they said they shipped it. No phone number for customer service and absolutely no response from email. Total scam dont buy from them

I ordered the heather grey t-shirts but that is not what I was sent. They advertise 5-7 days shipping but it took 2 weeks to receive them. They also advertise 30-days returns but when I asked for a return authorization I get no response. I've emailed 5 times over a 2 week time period and nothing. I do not recommend ordering from them. BEWARE!

Terrible company. They sent me a shirt with the graphic way too low. Lied and said they sent a new one then ghosted me. Buy from another company. Do not trust buying from Birthdayclothing.com - what a joke of a company

I ordered a "Small, Khaki (green), V Neck, 1961 T-shirt." What did I get? First of all, it took about three weeks to arrive and when it did arrive it was a indeed a small but the proportions were not even close to the sizing on the website, it was yellow, and it was a round neck style T shirt. I have contacted them repeatedly and they told me they just sent what they had because they were out of the style and color I had ordered. What business does this???? They will not discuss a return, exchange, or refund. They will not reply to emails. I would stay far away from this company. They're awful.

This company is a scam. Beware. I purchased a 1977 tshirt for 31.98 on 1/20/26. They never delivered my purchase, yet tried to claim it was delivered on 2/4/26. I have TWO ring cameras. No one delivered a package to my address on or around 2/4. I emailed them 3 times. No reply. Save your money. This place does not deliver.

I ordered a shirt and it ended up not fitting. I emailed them to try to return it. They are giving me the runaround. Taking 2 weeks to respond trying to offer me a discount and won't let me return the item. I will never order from this website again.

Sent numerous emails that never received my order. They never refunded my money or replaced order asked for proof that it was delivered to my house never received. Company is a scam don't order from here.

T-shirt material was falsely advertised as 100% cotton. Shipping was delayed by 3 weeks and when I finally received the shirt it was a synthetic material blend, 0% cotton. My requests for return/refund went unanswered.

Ordered the special of getting 2 shirts plus a "free hat and crown". The hat and crown did not arrive, nor was there a note or anything about it. The khaki shirt looks nothing like the picture on the website and the writing blends into it, making parts if it unreadable due to the color being so off. The black v neck is a different fabric then the crew neck and feels very thin and cheap. Do not waste your money.

How is this ‘made in the USA’ exactly coming directly from China? Underhanded and a lie to tout that on your website.

Not a US company. Shipping of 5-7 days is inaccurate. Been 8 and still hasn't shipped from CHINA. Won't have my shirt in time for my birthday. Asking for a refund for false representation.

I bought two shirts for myself and my best friend for our upcoming milestone birthday trip. First, they didn’t include my unit number on the package and status said undelivered. I immediately contacted them and they said they would reship my order. The next day I get another notification from “Speed X” that my package was delivered. Nothing was delivered, I’ve contacted this company at least a dozen times and they replied once with the link showing it was delivered. they replied a second time saying they are not lying?? no response or resolution and I’ve been scammed. DO NOT TRUST this terrible company.

The shirt is perfect! The quality is amazing! I would highly recommend this seller if you're looking for an amazing shirt. The shirt itself is so soft and comfortable!

They gave me a tracking number but NEVER sent out my package. I reached out via email and IG several times when someone finally responded It was very lackluster. I feel lied to. I like I was scammed. I swear I wish I never ordered from them. I will make it a point EVERY time their ad pops up to comment how bad the service is. I wanted to help support a small business. But when stuff like this happens this is why ppl don't.

My experience with Birthday Clothing has been extremely disappointing. The tracking information provided was inaccurate from the start and repeatedly showed “order not found.” Despite multiple requests for assistance—including asking to cancel my order—I received no meaningful support, only repeated messages asking for more patience while nothing improved. Customer service was unresponsive and did not address the issue in any helpful way. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company. I regret my purchase and would not recommend them.
