No reply to request to cancel (prior to them shipping)
Received in post couple weeks later. Fabric is awful and cut felt weird.
I have sent numerous emails to return and have still not received a response.
Latest was a bounce back (so think they’ve changed their return email address)
Do not order from this business.
I will be reporting them and now stuck with a horrible product and money poorly spent.

Total dårlig service hos Birthday clothing
Jeg har købt 2 t-shirts fra Birthday clothing.
Kvaliteten og pasformen var ret dårlig, specielt når man tænker på jeg har betalt 420 kr.
Jeg har sendt flere mails for at få returneret tøjet, men jeg høre intet tilbage og jeg har også skrevet til dem på deres web site, og der har jeg heller ikke hørt tilbage fra dem.
Der står på deres web site at man godt kan returnere, bare svært når de ikke svare én.
