I'm in the market to get a large domed oven. One of the things I've learned is that the floors can wear out over time.

Stones from Biscotto Stones International are made from the same material I understand that is used in some of the best ovens in Italy and around the world.

I can testify that the Biscotto Stone in the Ooni Koda here in Maryland is still going strong even after what I estimate are hundreds of hours of use. That is, around two hundred plus hours with the flame on in the oven.

I use this outdoor oven in all seasons. I'm firing it up in freezing temperatures in the winter going sometimes from around 30 degrees Fahrenheit to over 900 degrees. The stone is still intact after that kind of repeated thermal shock.

I've certainly got my money's worth, and if this stone ever does give up I'll just order another.

Shipping from Kristiansand to Copenhagen to Brussels to Paris to Chicago to St. Louis out to mid-Missouri took four days. The stone was received in excellent condition.

The stone arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Well packaged. After doing the proper break in the new stone made awesome pizza in my Ooni Koda 16 with the Ooni Hack motor kit

the stone was perfectly and fast delivered, however there was a 50€ extra for customs taxes to be paid for (I did not know the dispatcher / shipper is Norwegian send to the EU).

Super fast shipping. I received my stone in like 3 days. I seasoned it in my Ooni Karu 16 and cooked pizzas in it yesterday. I can already tell that cooking pizzas is going to be more fun because the bottom cooks much more even and burning is not a worry now.

Incredibly fast order processing and shipping. Received a roccbox stone to the US 5 days after ordering. Product was very well packaged. Stone did require quit a bit of sanding to make it fit, but I expected that. I would purchase again.
