Very Good machine, have used for months
Have used for months - works right everytime. Wanting to replace the heating element allowed me to find out that the whole thing seems very quality. It is even "designed for disassembly", making cleaning and replacement easy. No cheap snapped-together sort of thing you would break getting apart - this is strong feeling and has screws you can get to. Very pleased!

We bought something that never worked
We bought something that never worked. I complained about it right away and they tried to put me through some kind of weird tests for the product stating it was as per the manufacturer. it was a White Rhino Vaporizer. would not take it back. It was brand new. We tried it twice and they would not believe us. Stay away.
