Very slow in sending my ETH - over an hour, Customer service not good - slow in responding, no phone support no chat support - email only and SLOW - also VERY EXPENSIVE - stay away !

I’ve used Bitcoin Well a few times now, both at their ATMs and through their online site to buy bitcoin with cash. Pretty easy to use, quick, and always works without any big issues. I don't like KYC but they're definitely a solid and trustworthy option.

I don’t know I love the simplicity of it. It’s laid-back the security of it and the safety most of all the simplicity. Some of these other apps and platforms are just way over complicated. I like the way you can put money in and take money out 24 seven and transfer money I’m learning slow my first entered Crypto.com. It was like falling into the matrix way way overwhelming like a roller coaster. !!

Very slow to approve

My account has been disabled since on the 6th of August and I have been trying to contact the customer service team but they are not doing anything about it and I have funds inside my bitcoin well account this is so sad

Very confusing and frustrating, need an experienced investor to handle this.

Great customer service during times of operation and Bitcoin Well has the lowest fees of the four (4) services that I have used to purchase Bitcoin (BTC).
I enjoy the business practice of NOT holding any of my funds OR BTC along with the transfer directly to my personal wallet is greatly appreciated.

I used to use Coinbase as my go to buy and sell… but once they started restricting, sending to my wallet sometimes 4 sometimes 12 days, i’m glad I found Bitcoin Well as my new go to for stacking…

This is a scam company ripping off people their hard earned money. It has been 10 days since I purchased bitcoins with them and they have not delivered yet. I am just getting taken through corners.

This site has become scamish. Today the site doesnt bring option for buying bitcoin. my friends also after receiving funds their accounts were disabled and none of their customer service works,after sendig numerous emails to support none was replied and they lost money

I got call from Mark telling me he was finance person at Gamma Holdings telling me they were going to help me get my money back of 750.00 but what he did is took 500.00 out of my account now im out 1250.00.
Dave called back in may told me to download 2 apps and was.suppose to put 250.oo that James took in March but he too took 500.oo out of my accout.
I have. Notified police and bank.
Gamma Holdings is a scam and all i want is my money of 1250.00 returned to me by etranfer email

This is science fiction movie autonomy ! … The idea that I can go in a regular convenience store and get some on the chain Bitcoin directly into my cold storage for very low fees and absolutely anonymously is mind boggling ! … Of course smoothing a few rough edges might help, but get this: this is autonomy we see only in science fiction movies, getting Bitcoins has become as anonymous as getting a beer ! … From now on, instead of getting a beer, I go get Bitcoin ! … That’s where my beer money goes from now on ! …
