Couldn't withdraw and had to spend a few days getting it fixed on bitsler.io but I did get paid.

Excellent customer service
I just read a negative reviews about Jenny from customer service. My experience with her was great, she was nice and helpful.
And I've chatted with other customer service people, and they are very efficient and helping customers quickly. This is my experience anyways.
The casino has all the games I like.
I have not made any redemptions yet. But I will report back on this also.

Vip transfer service was almost…
Vip transfer service was almost instant. Literally took 30 mins max. Havent used the site yet, or tried deposits or withdrawals, but will report back as soon as I do. So far so good

Eh, it’s okay. Customer service was good. Purchasing with crypto currency is kind of a hassle too. And I can’t get a bonus to save my life. Will not be playing here.

Large choice of games, very easy to sign up and get verified. Website is also well built and has little to no lag. Support also replies very fast, no matter the time, especially Maeve, they made it a really great experience.

Stay as far away from this scamming site. Jenny who is a POS who thinks she is God will screw you in every position and she would call it Karma Sutra, She will steal your info and stick it in your rear end dry. Stay away!! They take your money but have issues paying you out!

Jenny was awesome helping me with my vip transfer. It did take a few weeks but understand their busy with thousands of vip transfers. Bitsler.io is fair and you should only gamble what you can afford to lose. They have the same slots and originals as other sites and their redemptions are just as fast and straightforward.
