Update:
We sent you an email with detailed instructions to help resolve the issue, we also created a test order to ensure everything was working as it should.

The customer replied with a request to stop "emailing" you, which we fully respect and will adhere to.

When your order was initially completed, a download link was sent to your email. However, we noticed a dispute was filed on PayPal, which may have been due to an unrecognized name on the invoice. As a result, our system automatically reversed your course access, in line with our standard procedures.

Please know that we've made several attempts to reach out to you to clarify the situation and offer assistance, but we haven't yet connected.
