I saw Bizzy Blinds advertised on Facebook and was surprised by their pricing! I.e. very good pricing compared to others. Being a bit skeptical originally I only bought one velux blind to determine the quality, ease of installation etc. I was absolutely delighted with the product and service. The blinds were delivered swiftly in secure packaging. The (latte-coloured) blind was super! Excellent quality and was easy to install. Needless to say, I returned to the Bizzy Blinds website to order another 3 to finish out the attic.

The blinds I wanted were very competitive and the quality is just as good as the branded ones. So I was delighted to not pay four times the price. The goods came very quickly and they kept in touch via email about when they were being made and posted. Perfect service. Even check with me after to see of I was happy!

Great service we received the blinds for my child’s bedroom within two days of ordering, they were easy to set up. My daughter loves them on her blue themed sealift room and the blackout really works. Great prize compared to more expensive blinds and great quality

I highly recommend Bizzy Blinds. I had a positive experience from ordering to instalation. Their blinds are really cheaper than most of the same blinds in Internet.I ordered Velux window compatible blinds and they fitted perfectly (they are slightly different from original). Everything was packed well and delivered very quickly. There was an instruction in the box but I would strongly recommend to watch video instruction as I missed one important detail that you have to tilt handle back slightly to open and close. Al in all I am extremely happy with quality and value. Thank you Bizzy blind team.

Products good. No customer service at all
There is no customer service in relation to returning products. My initial order was sent but wrong size blinds. I was contacted by the company and told the correct size would be sent. I received the correct unit and had no issue with them. But, a few days later another set of blinds arrived. I have sent numerous email, completed the company product return process and made numerous phones calls to get the two sets of blinds collected from my house but not a word from the company. Very poor customer service.

Hi Dave, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused. The correct blinds were supplied, but an additional set was dispatched directly by our supplier due to a computer error and without our knowledge. The supplier was meant to arrange the collection, but when that did not happen, I contacted you and personally organised the DPD uplift. We hope DPD has now collected the incorrect order and that everything has been fully resolved. If the collection has not taken place or anything remains outstanding, please contact us and we will address it immediately. Again, our sincere apologies. – Neil, Bizzy Blinds

I made a mistake ordering my velux blinds size , they were so good to deal with took back the wrongly ordered blinds and refunded promptly, so I could reorder the correct blinds

Over Two months of asking for a price on two velux windows black out blinds. I was phoning landlines and mobile. Left many messages and spoke to someone twice who would always say we will call you back but never did. I GAVE UP. John in Bray.

Hi John, apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I want to give full context for anyone reading this. The pricing for the Velux blackout blinds themselves is already available on our website, so this wasn’t simply a case of not providing a price. Your query was specifically about whether the motorised blinds could integrate with your smart hub, which is a more technical compatibility question. To answer that properly, we had to check what RF signal the blind motor and remote system uses. And whether that could connect directly to your smart hub or might need a third-party bridge or router. That’s why we reached out to our motor supplier and other third-party vendors. We haven’t received final confirmation from them yet, so we weren’t in a position to give you a definite yes or no. That said, we should have kept you better updated during that wait, and I apologise for that. But I do want to be clear that this wasn’t a straightforward pricing enquiry. The delay related to additional technical checks for your specific smart hub requirement.
