Bizzy blinds do not replace the faulty blind
I've received a broken blind from bizzyblinds.ie online order, tried to reach bizzyblinds over the phone, no response, automated reply, reached on the email. The response was quick via the email with the promise to replace the faulty blind sent out to me. It's been since 29th of May 2025 where I cannot get the replacement of the broken blind sold to me and no more responses over the email or by phone.

No tracking on order! Tried to make contact to see what was happening with my order , kept reaching an answering machine! Nobody got back to me! I thought I was being scammed!! Terrible customer service!!

We sent three update emails—order processing, production, and dispatch—but it looks like they may have ended up in your spam folder. If you could please check there, you should see them.

I ordered two Falkro blinds 55x78 and…
I ordered two Falkro blinds 55x78 and received two 55 x 98. I contacted Bizzy Blinds who said they would rectified mistake and send me one more 55 x 98.Hello, is there any one checking these orders. I now have three of the wrong blinds and waiting for a response from my latest email to this company. Zero stars is not a option so had no choice but to give one star.

It's Neil here from Bizzy Blinds. My sincere apologies for the mix-up again. We have a new automation system, and clearly, there's a bug in the works. I've made sure to dispatch new side rails to you, so the head cassettes are okay to use, but the rails were the incorrect length. I've dispatched two sets of new side rails to you. The blinds themselves are perfect
The blinds themselves are perfect, easy to fit and they look great. As we ordered blackout blinds, they really do what they are supposed to do so no complaints there. The product did have minor scuffs but perhaps that's attributed to the delivery or packaging.

Perfect product..easy to fit..fast delivery. I docked a star only because I'd love more colours to choose from and the blossom white doesn't look very white in the "brochure" (I haven't seen it in reality). I ordered the 2 greys.
