Delivery time currently over 2 months due to war impacting production. My HEMA jacket is still „in Production que“. But I got an update from Customer Service explaining the situation.
Fraud shop!!
Ordered a Set of protective helmet, gloves and longsword, after 8 months and several Mails including threats of legal rights, I received parts of the delivery, to this day 1,5 YEARS later I still didn't receive my full order, nor a refund or any final information about the missing items! DO NOT ORDER AT THIS STORE! It's a fraud!
Complete scam. I ordered a pair of mitten gloves from them and paid immediately via PayPal. I never received the merchandise and all attempts at contacting them were futile.
Product arrived untouched. Extremely fast overseas delivery. Excellent service and I will probably order again.

Je ne regrette que l'absence d'une protection "plastron+bras" assortie au set de protections "tibias+genoux" et "hanches+cuisses".

The shop is real and the products offered are of decent quality, but the conduct of the operators is terrible. Having to wait eight months for a few protectors is unfortunate, but there could be many reasons for that.
However, the fact that the operators did not respond to any of my attempts to contact them is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Je déconseille réellement d'acheter sur blackarmoury. J'ai commandé le 29 janvier un couvre masque qui étaient marqué en stock livraison en 4 jours. Une fois l'achat fait il est marqué "en cours de réapprovisionnement". Nous sommes aujourd'hui le 18 mars et je n'ai rien reçu. J'en suis à mon 3e mails pour demander ce qui se passe mais aucune réponse.

I placed 2 Orders In the last 2 years, In the first I had a problem with a jacket and they said they would send me a new one but It would take Time til it got produced. since all the other Items in the Order arrived I had no Problem with that.
In the second order they sent 2 wrong Gorgets so i sent them back and they said that they would send me 2 of the right type with a discount. So I foolishly I ordered another 2 Gorgets ( so totally 4 Pieces)
Later i got 2 Gorgets,
So in conclusion I am still missing 3 Items worth 400€ and the shop has stopped answering E-mails and the phone is never available.
In mid december I ordered a fencing mask. It was marked as in stock and paid.
A few days later, I checked my order and become marked as out of stock without foreseen restock.
I tried to contact the owner by chat, email and phone call. No answer.
I am asking for a refund and plan a legal action.
Avoid this merchand.
I ordered a couple of expensive items months ago and had no word despite repeated emails and calls all of which have gone unanswered, Their telephone number is conveniently never available. I am consulting with my lawyer to press charges and take them to court.

I am Anthony Rischard, the director here at Black Armoury.
I want to personally apologise for the customer service issues on your order. We have had a number of issues that collided to create a serious dysfunction of our service over the last months (employee left with limited information transfer, technical CRM issues). I am working hard to replace the systems and have taken the customer service personally for the time being.
I have spoken to the workshop and both the jacket and the pants are in production this week. As discussed by telephone just now, you will receive your full order by the end of this month.
Despite the very poor service and difficulties here, I wish you a very Happy New Year 2025.

I ordered 3 products in late May, and the shop sent me 2 of them and told, after more than one month, that the 3rd one would arrive from the suplier around the beggining of August. I´m still waiting for the product since then (more than 6 months) without any answer neither by phone, mail or Social Media. I´ve heard many experiences like mine, I would never take the risk of buying here again, and I strongly recommend to my students to avoid it.
Ordered items which were in stock
After 6 weeks of waiting, no delivery, no tracking information and also no reply to emails.
Just took the money, ignored emails, and have not sent the items.
Avoid.

Be careful, they steal from you!
I had a very bad experience with them: I bought several items and payed for them. Then I waited for over a year with constant messaging from my side, as they wouldn't even message me themselves that my items were not available. After over a year, there was suddenly no reaction whatsoever and they started to ignore me. No refunds, no product, nothing.
Never ever buy from them!

I ordered a pair of back order gloves in the middle of February and after not receiving them for 4 months, I decided to cancel the order and get a refund. It is now closing in on 30 days since I asked for said refund and I have not had my money returned even though their website specifically states that they legally MUST refund within 14 days. Additionally, while initially they were quite expedient with responding to my emails and spoke exceptionally kindly, they have totally stopped replying. The last thing they said was that they would be happy to give me a refund...
Since all this has started unfolding, I looked up what other people thought of the company and according to Reddit, while they are slow and have a terrible record of responding to emails, they do eventually get the things done that they legally have to get done. I'm not holding my breath.
I only wish I had looked them up before ordering £200 worth of goods from them. Don't be an easy mark like me. Do business elsewhere.

Do not order anything from this company it is a scam! I have placed an order about a year ago now and it has still not arrived yet. The staff said they it was ready for shipping multiple times and it never arrived. I asked for a full refund since its almost been year since ordering and I haven't heard a response at all ( I have asked about six times now). Seriously don't order from this store they will take your money and move on.
