First pokecard subscription
Was looking for a good pokemon card subscription for awhile and stumbled across pokestore and out of the ones i saw pokestore was the best. Have now been receiving cards for a few months from pokestore and wouldn't go elsewhere. Fast delivery, tend to always get my order 2/3 days after dispatch and always get the latest booster packs. Always well packaged aswell. Plus love how easy it is to upgrade and manage your subscription to recieve more or less each month.

Received my Scarlet Violet booster box…
Received my Scarlet Violet booster box mostly ok, except the top had some damage. They clearly don't handle their stock that well. Probably won't use again, which is a shame.

Hello, sorry to hear your box arrived with a slight dent in. We do pride ourselves on how we pack our boxes and you can see from other reviews our packaging far outweighs most companies. We would have wrapped your box in foam and used bubble pouches to secure your parcel. I expect the damage already existed straight from the case as this can happen. We would have been able to arrange a return and replacement but we are now out of stock for these so I am afraid we do not have a replacement however more than welcome to return it still. We are sealed collectors ourselves so know how frustrating it can be when a sealed box has some damage but unfortunately not always avoidable but what we would say is if you add a note on your order that the order is for a sealed collection we will make sure to look over the items before we send them. Once package I do not believe items will be damaged in transit unless run over!

Best shop for Pokémon! They didn't charge me extra or hold onto items til they were all in stock - I had a pre-order item in my basket and they dispatched what they had first and then the preorder as soon as it arrived. Great prices too!
