This is the second bike I’ve bought from Blade Motorcycles, 2 different sales people and both very professional and helpful. This time I dealt with Ben, he took time with me after my walk in, I had a rough idea of the bike i wanted, he was patient and helpful and showed me a range of bikes they could source but I did finally settle for a bike in the showroom. The whole transaction was smooth and painless, the handover was speedy and I rode away very happy. Would definitely visit again when I’m looking for a new bike.

I booked my bike in for a clutch replacement in Swindon blade, I have used them before for the same works and they are always reasonably priced with good communication and this was completed within 5 days. This also included a service and fitting of a rear tyre. Chris was very helpful and kept me updated throughout. They also supplied a very nice courtesy bike that meant I could continue to work. The bike was collected today and runs like a dream again. Great service, would highly recommend.

Disgusting…. After taking a while to decide on the right bike I finally sent over my details to finance the bike unfortunately this was unsuccessful so I found my own finance and decided to move forward. After countless calls from myself and the lender and trying to get through to the right person I spoke to somone and told them that I had sorted the finance and to expecting a call from the finance company and they told me they would leave a message for the sales guy who was off. The next morning after countless calls again from myself and the lender we still could not get through and the lender had sent over there doc to pay them. After a short time I then heard that the bike was sold that morning with no courtesy to me to say we have somone interested are you going ahead. My calls were ignored and finally spoke to a manager who basically said il look into it. There was no mention about putting down a deposit but if there was I was happy to pay. I had already paid for a van to go and collect and rearranged my families activities to go and collect the bike but thankfully the hire company refunded me after I explained what had happened.Apologies for the rant but all they care about is the sale and commission and not the customer service. Not what you would expect from a brand like blade. Iv had somthing like this happen to me before with a car so I guess it me or customer service is long gone.

I can't thank Chris and Alan in rhe service dept enough for their help with my sons bike. They kept us informed and were really helpful.

Took my old XR400 and had work done on it. Chris was super helpful and his passion for his work was very evident. Have recommended to others and will definitely take my bike back there. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Mark Frith and the team are excellent and I would highly recommend them. There extremely helpful and nice people and will go the extra mile and give you a fantastic experience.

Ben at Blade in Swindon helped me exchange my wicked R1 for a tamer and more practical (for a 63-year old) Yamaha Tracer 9 GT. Love the bike, happy with whole process and the 0% finance helped me justify it all to my wife (always tricky - lol).

Had a great experience here, with very patient and knowledgeable help generously given by Mark. Mark talked me through the options within my budget carefully, and arranged a test ride with helpful directions for a route on which I could check out all the bike had to offer. I’m looking forward to visiting again now I have the bike!!

My motorbike was brought into Stratford upon Avon, it was struggling to start, and was having issues once it was running and running very rough. Phil, Rich and Darren in workshops worked some form of magic, and after fault finding, diagnosing, and repairing it, She is back up and running happily again! I cant thank these guys enough for their work and knowledge!

Just bought a Harley from Blade in Abingdon and Cheltenham. Mark Frith was excellent and helpful throughout the process. Liam Dunn was also extremely helpful. A pleasant experience and I’ll definitely shop there again.

Nigel delivers the kind of sales experience I like, no undue pressure just honest and knowledgeable discussion about the bikes and deals on offer from Blade. I left with a Bonneville T120 being delivered for the new year and am happy to say Nigel and the Blade team have been attendant and helpful through the entire process. Excellent.

First time visiting Blade Yamaha Swindon, great atmosphere and very well served by Ben Faulkner in the dealership. Got a good deal on a bike thanks to Ben who was very attentive throughout the entire process. Would recommend to any in the area to go have a look around.

I purchased a Harley Davidson Street Glide Special from Blade Harley Abingdon. From the outset the Sales team namely Mark Firth & Jack Faulkner were instrumental in ensuring the motorcycle was prepared to the highest standard possible. As this was my first purchase from Harley, I had many questions. They were all answered with care, patience & understanding. As this was a second hand purchase, I did have some minor issue (namely the push button fuel cap was not functioning properly. Mark organised the part I needed & sent it to my address to help resolve it with the assistance of Service Manager Kim Barrow. I have since been
offered continued after sales care from the team at Harley Blade group in Abingdon.

This is my 4th purchase from Blade in Swindon and it was most definitely the best one to date. Nigel was totally professional in his approach to the deal. Listened to my needs and budget and offered satisfactory solutions to any potential deal breakers. I was kept informed and updated on every step and all aspects were delivered on time and as planned.
