Product works so well customer service was great im a happy camper

I had a horrible experience with the k21 vacuum extension. I was told it would connect to the vacuum without cutting the hose (confirmed via email). It turns out this isn’t the case. Blahst was still developing this product while sending it out to customers. I could not be connected to the vacuum. I had to return the product which left holes in my colourbond wall. Blahst had no care for the damaged wall and told me to silicone the holes, with no compensation. Their product is faulty and not fit for purpose. Their customer service is terrible.

I bought the R18+ it was average to start with, and now the motor has crapped out, and they won’t reply to my emails about getting it sorted under warranty.
UPDATE: After posting this and other reviews, they did end up getting in contact with me and replacing it, but I have no intention of using the replacement, it’s it just not that good. I found a much better option which cost much less.

Broken out of the box. Shockingly poor quality control. Tacky unit with a huge price. I am sorry to have wasted my time. They are careful to moderate negative content about them online, which I sensed. I should have gone with my instincts.

Hey all, I’d like to share my Blahst experience.
I have a life’s background of using Gerni pressure washers at work and home, with varied and maddening experiences using them.
My intro to Blahst, the R30, whilst visiting a relative, put it to the test, immediately I could see the obvious differences.
I felt this machine and products, are what’s been missing in the pressure cleaning industry.
That impressed, I had to have the R30.
I can confirm all my cleaning tasks are now easier, completed in half the time, to a better standard.
Features such as the whopping 30 mt hose with a 2300 psi pressure means not only the car, the boat, the house gets a Blahst wash too
( not to mention the neighbour using, get your bl #*dy own, I say 🤣)
Choose your attachments for the job clean coupled with the Blahst cleaner products.
The foam wash, spray on, wash off, that easy, you’ll be impressed.
The salt wash, Boaties I highly recommend, stripes salt off and with the need to get to those hard to reach areas, the R30 design features get the job done.
I believe the convenience and ease of using the R30 has reinvented pressure cleaning,
Own it and the o’l gerni will be packed away, gone, chucked, vamoose … haha
I invested in further products, such as vacuum cleaner etc etc and designed my own BLAHST Station ( mates are jealous )

I am extremely happy with my R30, I enjoy using, job made easy.

My BLASHT r30 Pressure Washer coupled with the foam cannon makes not only cleaning my car and JetSki easy but washing my whole house down. We usto get someone in once a month to wash down the salt spray on our house . But now I’ve got the r30 is a breeze,

Had the R30 a few weeks now. Easy to use. no setup drama. Feels solid and does what it’s meant to.

I bought an R30 , the recoil for the hose has failed in the first month . I am now getting the run around on warranty . I sent an email to the "hello" email adress and the reply took 3 days. You will get a reply from "Lara" but by the reply i don't think "Lara" actually exists. Anyhow they asked for a proof of purchase when the units have only been on the market for a matter of weeks and they have a 12 month warranty !!!! Anyhow i have complied with their request and we will now see how long it takes to get another reply , but moreso a resolution and it fixed. I will keep all the forums i am on updated.

I bought the R30 pressure washer. It arrived in a timely way. Found a couple of teething issues. Nathan responded over the weekend and sent the replacement parts which were easily fitted. Would have preferred that these issues weren’t there but I think the product is only new and this can happen. A couple of issues quickly resolved without issue resulting in a great product is the best way to get repeat business. I have now bought a second R30 and am extremely happy.

I bought an R18 a couple of days before the unexpected release of a higher powered pressure washer, the R30. Customer satisfaction is an experience blahst wishes to provide but cannot guarantee. Hoping to make cleaning an effortless experience was one of the perks of owning a Blahst pressure washer. Although the pressure doesn’t stack up and cleaning would be easier with a cloth and elbow grease.

Considering the only recently purchased pressure washer. (Used once upon installation for testing purposes) I asked to upgrade and pay the difference in cost plus shipping and handling fees. Maybe this isn’t a reasonable request, as it was denied.
Anyway I will go back to my karcher pressure washer and setup and pack up all the hoses and leads each time. At least when it states 1750psi working pressure it supplies 1750psi working pressure.

Absolutely love it.

I ordered the BLAHST R18 Wall Mounted Pressure Washer late Wednesday night (around 10:30pm), got the dispatch email Thursday morning, and it arrived Friday—super quick considering I’m in Sydney and it shipped from Victoria.

The unit works exactly as described. It takes less than a minute to get started on the house, and about 2minutes to swap over to the foam sprayer for the car. It’s honestly the best thing I’ve bought in years.

I’m already looking forward to grabbing the wall-mounted vacuum next.

Also, I left a comment on someone’s Facebook post asking about spray nozzles, and BLAHST messaged me the same day (on a Sunday!) with their recommendation for the best one to use on cars.

The product is amazing, and the customer service is even better. 100/10

The only downside? Now the missus expects her car washed twice a day. BLAHST really should come with a warning label: May cause unrealistic cleaning expectations, lol.

R18 unit I had was leaking water.
Sent a video to blahst, new unit is now on its way. Absolutely the best customer service I have received in 34 years and I will be recommending them to anyone I can.

Boof here from boofs farm and 4x4. I purchased the R18 walled mounted pressure washer in December last year.
I use this every day without a doubt and I have not come across one issue with it. With the 18 meter retractable hose it’s great for cleaning the vehicles and machinery and even the roof of our house. I 100% recommend this product and the business.

Good fast shipping bought the R18 wall mounted pressure washer. Overall is good and does the job but definitely doesn’t feel like 1950 psi of water pressure at all also I opted for the pro model with better gun and swivel hose point and its not worth the extra money hose still gets tangled and twisted when fully extended. If i knew it was going to be this average i would of just bought a retractable hose wall mounted and used a kmart foam cannon. The unit is okay but definitely overrated for what it is besides having wall mounted and out of the way convenience.

I absolutely love this thing! It's super simple to use and always ready to go. I'm Blahsting everything in sight. It's also so much quieter than I was expecting. Best purchase ever!
