Very responsive when booking a visit. Very efficient, professional and caring when providing the cleaning service. Worked hard, and succeeded in removing oil stains from the carpet.

Exceeded expectations.
Came on time and was quick and efficient. All stains were removed and carpet came up like new. Could walk on it in only ten minutes and furniture back in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your recent experience.
Our technician visit includes a paid inspection and demonstration, which allows us to properly assess the condition of the tiles and grout, test a small area, and provide an accurate quote based on the actual results achievable. The $50.46 fee covers this on-site assessment and is deducted from the total cost if you proceed with the service.
We don’t provide fixed quotes without inspecting first, as tile and grout conditions can vary significantly. Our aim is to give honest, realistic pricing based on what can actually be achieved.

Poor service - if any service at all
Just no communication whatsoever.
I booked my preferred date 3 months in advance. I received confirmation of my booking request, but that the date wasn't confirmed until a rep got in touch with me to confirm.
Nothing! I followed up ... no reply, no nothing.
The date has come and gone now. Thanks Electrodry, but no thanks. I have gone somewhere else.
