We went to Adele with a new start up business with little to no experience of what different financing options are available for our property projects, and she was able to advise us every step of the way to get us the right type of finance for our project and situation. I have the utmost trust that Adele is able to get us the right funding and will do whatever it takes to help us get everything over the line, even with tight timescales!
I would highly recommend Blanc Property Finance to anyone looking to be advised on funding for their projects/properties. As well as providing great professional advice, Adele is also a lovely person and I will be bringing our requirements to her again and again.

Its a YES from me
I was very grateful for the work put in by Adele and Blanc Property finance on our recent refinance. It was a very stressful time and with some creative thinking and problem solving we managed to get into a deal that was great for all parties.
Communication was good and I have recommended them several times since to others.
Adele's experience in contracts and law help avoid mistakes that can be costly.
