We had a weekly subscription for smoothies and we are very sad to see this product not available anymore. We loved it and was great while it lasted.

Great flavours, great delivery, great price
Great flavours, really fills you up. I can skip breakfast and have this at eleven then feel full. The electro choc is our favourite along with date me. Well worth a try Good deliver snd we think good value for money

The MOST delicious smoothies!
Really pleased to have found Blendmyday; I have always struggled with breakfast and these smoothies and overnight oats are really tasty and very convenient. I've now signed up to a regular monthly delivery and use the low protein shakes as part of my 5:2 fasting regime. Really delicious and keep me fully filled until lunchtime. I really like the option to tailor the monthly boxes to my own needs and tastebuds!

Fast, yummy & healthy breakfasts
I’ve been ordering from Blend My Day for 3 weeks & I’m really impressed. The overnight oats are fab especially Bohemian Raspberry & the smoothies are greet too. My fave is Electrochoc. They are well packaged, arrive on time, go straight in the freezer & make breakfast so easy & yummy!

Avoid or be disappointed
Very disappointing that EVERYTHING delivered is frozen. The pictures online do not show frozen fruit or items. I did read that it came frozen however as it wasn’t stated what came frozen, I did expect to have individually wrapped fruit and yoghurt so that I could make the breakfast fresh - not the case.
I raised my concern with Natalia who represents Blendmyday but there was no resolution - she was very I personable and actually did not see the circumstance from the customers point of view.
Not only does it look awful (nothing like the photos online) it also tastes awful and the ‘fresh fruit’ that was placed in, came frozen but not to worry as ‘this doesn’t effect the freshness or taste’ - I beg to differ Natalia.
Overall AVOID or be disappointed.

We tried our best to resolve this with you over email and are so truly sorry that you felt it wasn’t enough, and also that our products did not meet your expectations in the first place. Being a young brand your feedback is so important as it helps us to constantly improve our products and services.
Here is a recap of what you have already discussed privately with our customer service team as it might be useful for other customers going forward:
Frozen: Our website clearly states our products come frozen and there is no mention of fresh fruit or yoghurt. You are actually the first customer to complain about this but we’ll see if we can make it even more obvious.
Product images: Our images aren’t designed to purposely mislead our customers but to show all the nutritious goodness that goes into our bowls/smoothies (fruits, creamy layers, toppings...). We don’t want anyone to think we only sell oats/porridge. Because our products need to be soaked and stirred with added liquid, you won’t have the same visual that on the website on the final product. But everything advertised is in the cup. We surely understand that can be disappointing and we’ll see if we can add some sort of “disclaimer’’ to better manage expectations on this.
Compensation: I hope you understand we can only refund / compensate if we haven’t delivered what’s promised or if there is a quality issue but not when we don’t meet certain subjective expectations or when products are not to customers taste (not sweet enough...).

Hi Ellen,
I am sorry to read that your delivery was disappointing. Our warehouse takes care how they handle and pack our boxes, and we are very soon going to use a new packing that holds cups much tighter to eliminate damaged cups.
However in the event when cups do break during transit we compensate customers accordingly and I can see that my colleague Natalia has refunded you for your order already.
