Ordered 4 items from Blingqueen on 14th, total cheat…

Ordered 4 items from Blingqueen on 14th February 2026, order no. BQ37764.
Till now received 2 items of the order, and I've mailed repeatedly, once in a while an auto generated mail will come, saying, no refund possible, and items will be despatched once they reach their warehouse . Ithink this is going to go on. This company is a total cheat. Please be aware

Beware of scammerOnline shopping frauds succeed only…

Online shopping frauds succeed only because most customers give up after repeated excuses. I decided not to.
I had placed a prepaid order with “BlingQueen / Glocom Imports Pvt. Ltd.” and made payment through Google Pay. After receiving the money, the company kept delaying the order for weeks.
First, they claimed there was a “customs clearance issue.”
Then they said the shipment was being “returned from overseas warehouse.”
After that came another excuse — “Middle East conflict causing delays.”
But throughout this entire period:
No valid tracking number was provided,
No shipment proof was shared,
No dispatch evidence was shown,
And no refund was initiated.
Despite sending multiple emails, I only kept receiving polite but repetitive explanations. Meanwhile, social media was already filled with similar complaints from other customers facing the same issue.
Finally, I decided to escalate the matter legally.
I sent detailed complaint emails with payment proof, company details, screenshots, and correspondence to:
📧 Chennai Police Commissioner Off
📧 Tamil Nadu Cyber
📧 Perumbakkam Police Station
The company communication was being carried out through:
📧 BlingQueen Support
📧 Company Representative (Yuvraj)

And something remarkable happened.
Within barely two hours of the police complaint emails being sent, the same company which had been avoiding refund for weeks suddenly responded with an apology and initiated full refund immediately.
I received:
Official refund confirmation email
Cashfree refund reference number
Assurance that money would reflect in my account within working days
This experience taught me an important lesson:
Consumers should not silently tolerate endless excuses in prepaid online transactions. If a company repeatedly avoids providing tracking proof, keeps changing explanations, and ignores refund requests, proper legal and cyber complaint mechanisms should be used.
At the same time, I sincerely appreciate the prompt response and professionalism shown by Chennai Police and Cyber Crime authorities.
My intention in sharing this is not personal publicity, but awareness — because many innocent consumers may not know where to complain or how to assert their rights.
Always keep:
payment screenshots,
order IDs,
email conversations,
and company details safely preserved.
A well-documented complaint can make a real difference.

Prepaid order. NO DELIVERY OF PRODUCT. No cancellation permitted.

Their website says fast delivery in the "About Us" section. Incorrect. They do not have these products ready to dispatch. They either start making them after receiving orders. Or they don't make it at all, and pocket the customer's money. "Shipped from overseas" is a BS way to excuse this ridiculous business practice. They probably ship from Bhiwandi or something.

Their website says "customer service team works 7 days a week" in the "About Us" section. Incorrect. They do not respond at all. So, either they do not work 7 days a week. Or they've employed 1 sad super underpaid person to handle all queries, and judging from TrustPilot reviews, they'd have 500 queries a day minimum.

It's no wonder there is no name of a founder anywhere on the internet. It's to avoid jail time.

I lost the money

I ordered a rainbow umbrella and paid 1,600 rupees, I did not receive the item and when I sent an email to customer care they are not even responding. No refund , I lost the money, please stay away from these scammers

Bling queen are liars

They deserve 0 stars actually as they don't deliver a product only, forget about the quality. I ordered the product in January and never got the product delivered. And if I mail them regarding the refund, they never reply. And I am gonna put everything in detail about these people on social media so everyone should know. Not gonna mail them now regarding this. Don't know how this website is still on internet and on a website like myntra. Will share every lie they told me in mail.

no delivery, no up date, very bad experience

i and some friends together were purchasing a gift for another friend for her birthday. we ordered on 26th March for the delivery to happen by 6th April. delivery period was shown as 5th to 15th April. today it's 16th April. no delivery took place yet. no status update also is there for the order. we put email to them asking for update. absolutely no response. now we are going to ask for refund. but how much they will mind it we have doubt.

it's an absolutely no-no site for any shopping. they just try to snatch money from people using some fancy product photos on their site.

extremely bad experience. anyone seeing this, please don't shop from bingqueen at all.

Still waiting for my order

I made a purchase that took almost a month to arrive after persistently chasing. When I finally got it, only half the order arrived, so back to chasing. Its been six weeks now and honestly ridiculous. My fault for not checking the company is legit.

100/100 scam

100/100 scam! Let’s all gather together and file a case on this company. I haven’t got my refund yet on my order. Let’s place a case on consumer court. They dont reply to the mails, nothing has been done. I even didn’t got my order.

Number one thieves in India

Number one thieves in India. They have no customer service number and no one respond back on their support email. They use cash free payment gateway. The payment gateway company refused to help to approach the seller i.e. bling queen. Payment gateway company said ask your bank to raise a charge back or dipsute with them. The transaction was 3ds otp verified . How come my bank will dispute it . The Indian banks never helps in such transactions.I have sent several emails to this scum bag company regarding the delivery of my product. As it was supposed to be dleivered from overseas through them by 18-19th March 2026. But not even provided with tracking number or any other shipment confirmation at all. Never place orders with this robber company. Report this company to the consumer court and every where possible to get it shut down. No refund and no product delivery from them.

Only formal reply for delay of delivery & non availability of items. If items are not available & out of production, then why this company is showing on online portal.
Don't buy or order from this website. Someone should complain in consumer forum about this fraud
