Never received the product. I asked for your help with the customs clearance (or refund) and you never replied to my emails.
Going to see if possible to get the money back from the credit card provider.

This is a great product ,my eyes are higjly sensitive to any products and I can’t find Many products that don’t make my eyes itch . This is a product I highly recommend if you have highly sensitive eyes . Wish they made mascara from this product. . Little bit to get used to putting it on with the stick but practice practice practice. lol thank you blinkaria for such a great product ❤️don’t wait order it . you will not be disappointed

Assalam alaikum, I ordered the kohl heart keyring and as soon as I got my package delivered I was so excited to use it (and I have been using it nearly everyday since I received my kohl) :) ! It is my first ever time purchasing kohl and being a Blinkaria customer, and Alhamdulillah the customer service is wonderful! I would recommend if you have any questions about the products to reach out to the team. This is also a great gift idea for someone you know who loves to do eyeliner, but wants a more natural product. I have sensitive eyes and this kohl works perfectly!!! No itchy eyes!!! This is the second product I got from them and I love it. The first product I got was the purple keychain and that last me up to four years, so let’s see how long this one last😁

I really like the kohl and its finally a product that doesn't burn my eyes when I apply it because it's lead-free which is great,I really hope it lasts me over a year or more with almost everyday use as Noor أختي said.The only thing that I don't like is the waiting to take it because I was so excited of it and I waited more than 30 days as it was freed from customs and until they delivered it to the Post Office, I would suggest if there is a faster method for delivery would be perfect.So,I we all don't wait so much until it comes because I see some people also struggle with the same problem.But overall I give you five stars because I like the product very much.And please make more refill bottles because every time when I check the website they are sold out, thinking they was never restocked in some way.
