J’ai donc payé pour des fleurs non livrées et je ne pourrai évidemment pas recevoir un remboursement. Un service absolument minable. Ne commandez jamais là.

Wont refund cancelled order despite saying they will
I ordered flowers but accidentally selected the wrong delivery date. I called immediately to cancel and was told I would receive a refund, but it never came. I followed up multiple times by both email and phone, and each time they said the refund would be processed. However, whenever I checked on the status, they claimed they couldn’t process refunds on weekends. The pattern has been frustrating, they only respond to my requests on weekends, then use that as the reason they can’t issue the refund. When I reach out again during the week, they don’t respond until the next weekend and repeat the same excuse. It’s now been three months, and this cycle continues without any resolution.
Failed , on all accounts
Flowers were not delivered to address provided but instead went to a pick up location 30 mins away by car, they did not contact me or the recipient about the change. A week went by. Finally my elderely mother responded to my 'DID YOU GET THE FLOWERS?!' msg letting me know she had not. Customer service offered my a $20 store credit and told me where she could pick up her week old flowers. Useless. A total scam.

Absolutely terrible experience with Bloomex. The flowers arrived frozen, dead, and nothing like what was advertised—especially disappointing given how overpriced they were.
I reached out to customer service in February and never received a single response. No accountability, no resolution, nothing.
Save your money and go elsewhere. This company clearly does not care about the quality of their products or their customers.
Brutal! Undelivered flowers & 2 weeks late!
Not only did Bloomex fail to deliver flowers on time, they sent flowers via Purolator to a location nearby for pick-up 2 weeks later while those receiving the flowers were not even home. Rather than offering a refund or trying again, they added insult to injury by offering a measly discount on a future order - brutal!

I called Bloomex on March 27th to ensure flowers could be delivered to my mother’s rural Alberta address for her birthday on March 30th. The representative, Andrea, confirmed she entered the address and explicitly told me delivery was available and would arrive on the requested date.
That was false.
On March 30th—my mom’s birthday—I received a message saying they could no longer deliver that day and that rural deliveries only happen Tuesday–Thursday. Suddenly, the delivery was pushed to March 31st with an “upgrade” (never explained). At that point, I had no choice but to accept, despite being frustrated that I had clearly been misled.
Later, I received an email saying the order was handed to Purolator. I notified my mom to stay home the next day. She and my dad waited all day—no delivery.
That evening, after hearing nothing from Bloomex, I tracked the package myself using the original email. That’s when I discovered the flowers had been dropped at a distribution center 25 minutes away from my parents’ home—the same address I was told they deliver to. No delivery attempt, no notice left, no communication.
So now the flowers were not only late—but required my parents to interrupt their work and farm responsibilities to go pick them up the next day. Three days late for a birthday delivery.
When I contacted Bloomex to request a refund, it was refused. Despite being misled at the time of purchase and a complete failure in service, they only offered store credit. Why would I ever use a company again that lies to secure a sale and then refuses accountability?
To be fair:
• Andrea was polite, but either misinformed or dishonest about delivery capabilities.
• Fred was helpful and genuinely tried to resolve the issue, even escalating it—but his supervisor refused the refund.
• Annie, however, was dismissive, rushed, and clearly uninterested in helping.
To make matters worse, when my parents finally picked up the order, the flowers were not fresh, and the “upgrade” was a box of yogurt-covered pretzels. Completely unacceptable considering we ordered $140 worth of three dozen long-stem yellow roses for a birthday delivery days earlier.
This was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. Lack of transparency, poor communication, failed delivery, and zero accountability. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They advertised a specific product with a promised delivery date, but only after I placed the order did they inform me they couldn’t supply the product or meet the agreed timeline.
I contacted customer support immediately and made it clear that the substitute product and revised delivery date were not acceptable. I was assured at the time that a full refund would be issued.
Instead, I’ve now been given store credit—something I neither requested nor agreed to.
At this point, I consider the charge unauthorised. Their customer service is unresponsive. I'll be reporting their practices as fraudulent. If you value your time and money, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this company.

J'ai fait un achat en ligne de fleurs avec truffes pour DC 79 .00 pour ma fille qui habite SHERBROOKES au 1990 rue Caroline Therrien ST au nom de OLIVIA GRAILLET. J'ai la carte bancaire avec les références de paiement. Le bouquet à DC 49.00 et les truffes n'ont pas été livrées. La commande date du 23/03/2026. Je n'ai eu de numéro de commande, mais j'ai le ticket de paiement
“Order Not as Described – Poor Quality Flowers”
I ordered a flower bouquet from Bloomex (Order #5420825) for my daughter’s birthday. The bouquet did not match the website description—spray roses and waxflower were missing, and the flowers were not fresh.
Attempts to resolve the issue by phone and email were ignored. Bloomex refused a full refund and offered store credit instead, which I declined.
I have filed a chargeback with my credit card company and complaints with the Ontario Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement and the BBB.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bloomex due to misrepresentation and poor customer service.

Do not order. I paid 19.99 expedited shipping, even what is says same day. Then told couldn’t deliver for four days. They would not refund my shipping cost. I could change my address of delivery which defeated the purpose of sending flowers to my aunt and They would give me store credit which wouldn’t cover tax or delivery. Then they cancelled the order without telling me. I asked for refund they only give credit. I called spend 1.5 hr on phone and chat. Kept getting disconnected then told because I fought so hard that if I didn’t want store credit they would refund. Absolute worst customer service, and false advertising I have never seen. To not use this site.

I ordered a large standing funeral arrangement, but without any notice, Bloomex substituted it with something completely different and inappropriate. Instead of the substantial arrangement I selected, they delivered a small vase arrangement that even included blue flowers—hardly suitable for a funeral setting.
The size, quality, and overall presentation fell grossly below expectations, especially given the emotional importance of the occasion. This was not a minor substitution—it was a significant downgrade.
When I contacted customer service, the only resolution offered was store credit. Given this experience, I have no confidence in using their services again. Additionally, as a U.S. customer, a credit with a Canadian florist is not practical.

Mixed experience – billing issue resolved quickly after BBB involvement
I had a mixed experience with Bloomex.
The main issue was billing: although the website is Canadian (.ca), I was charged in USD without proper disclosure, resulting in an overcharge of roughly +30%. This is misleading and should be made much clearer. (1/5)
However, after involving the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the situation was handled very quickly. Bloomex issued a refund for the price difference within approximately 3 hours. This was efficient and fair. (5/5)
Delivery itself was on time, which I appreciated. (4/5)
The bouquet was fresh and overall acceptable, but it did not exactly match the order. The roses were a different color and one type of flower was missing. Look & feel was cheap like from a gas station or supermarket.(2/5)
Overall, a mixed experience: so-so product quality and fast resolution once escalated, but problematic billing transparency.
Tip for other customers: if you encounter incorrect charges, consider contacting the BBB – it made a significant difference in my case.
Don’t trust this company with your important moments
Let’s start by remembering that we generally send flowers to mark an occasion in someone’s life. In my case, I wanted to send flowers to comfort my friend who had just lost her Mother. The “same day” delivery service Bloom Ex Canada (aka Send Blooms Canada) never happened. Six days after placing my order, followed by multiple calls and emails, I finally received an email wherein BloomEx informs me that the delivery address is “too rural” for their service. They extend a $20 credit for a future purchase. I’m not sure what “too rural” means or why this information was not offered AT TIME OF PURCHASE! In any case, my friend has not received any flowers and I’m now working with my bank to cancel the transaction. Total fail.

I would leave zero stars if I could. There are no words how awful this business is. I am not sure where to start but basically the flowers recieved were dead and the remaining flowers delivered nowhere close what I ordered. The refused to return my money back to my cc so I just ordered again with a credit - unfortunately I still had to pay 18.00 for delivery - and this order took me about 2 hours to complete - the system didnt put order through - called cust service - 30 min later call was disconnected - its just a total waste of time - never order flowers from this business
Shite Product, Shite Company
Unlike most reviewers here, they actually delivered the flowers on the actually day - however, I had ordered the supersize set of flowers and received half the size. What a waste of $90. I had sent them an email to complain within "24 hours" - and I did not hear from them. I just called them now, only to be told, my complaint is way past the 24 hour deadline. They gave me a measly $20 credit! There call centre is based in India, which is never helpful (reading off a script and a lack of empathy). Never will I use them again - wankers!!

Phone staff were very friendly and patient , however, staff should be more informed with what they can and cannot do with regards to delivery.
I was given a time and date for delivery;which was perfect, only to find they hadn't been delivered. I then called to find out why there was a delay only to find out they could not deliver on the day I was given. I was told they had no florist to liase with on that day and they would have to deliver the following day...unacceptable...I would have accepted the explanation had I been contacted about the problem but I had to call them to find out why they hadn't arrived.....I therefore cancelled my order and will try a different florist

Worst flower delivery I've ever had
First time I ordered a bouquet, the delivery was never made. After calling and asking why, the receptionist said a glitch caused the warehouse to not receive the order. When the next delivery date came, they dropped off the flowers at a VASTLY different time than instructed so they weren't received correctly. Instructions were for after 5pm, delivery was made before 11am. Lastly the flowers I ordered were not even CLOSE to resembling what the picture portrayed. Worst delivery I ever seen by far.
