Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. DO not use this company. They have not reimbursed me for a cancelled order ( cancelled 10 mins after online order) and I am in a very long back and forth to recieve my refun.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. The website allowed to book flowers for delivery on the Easter and when asked for details of transit they mentioned they can do only couple of days later. When asked for refund they mentioned it can be done only as a store credit which we agreed but then finally the flowers was delivered. Now I have lost almost 90 CAd

3 days late, cheap flowers, moldy cookie

I ordered a bouquet of 10 tulips and 6 gourmet cookies. I received a mixed flower "gas station" level bouquet, a packet of 3 chocolate covered marshmallow cookies and a separately packages moldy cookie, yes, a moldy cookie, 3 days after the promised delivery date. I asked for a refund but so far they have ignored my request.

Do not order flowers…

I wish I read reviews before purchasing from this business. I placed an order for next day delivery and flower wasn't delivered in 2 days. The day it was delivered it came in late ,wilted and not fresh. This is one of the worst purchases of my life. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. They advertised next day delivery and the flowers never arrived. I called and was told that the location I was ordering to doesn't offer next day delivery. It was Nanaimo so not exactly remote but regardless that should be said when purchasing. They then told me it would be delivered 3 days late. I told them to just cancel and refund and got confirmation this was done. Who wants their flowers delivered 3 days late??? After 20 days I still haven't received a refund and the rude customer service staff on the phone just told me they issued a store credit. I don't want a store credit and I wasn't told I even received one! Go to a local florist it'll be worth the extra cost for quality and reliability. Bloomex is same company btw.

Awful awful experience!!! Were not
Delivered on birthday said they would have to do it next day. Delivery was $20 and flowers were pitiful! I tried to get a refund before they even sent them out because I had a bad feeling but no luck. Please stay away from these people!!!!!!

The worst customer service that I ever…

The worst customer service that I ever experienced, I ordered delivery the day ahead, they told me about not available delivery zone after I waited all day. I asked them to cancel my order immediately after, no response at all, they charged me instead!!!
It has been two days already, nothing changed........
I would never suggest this website to anyone ever!!!!!!!!

Do not order here

I was so disappointed when I saw what was delivered. I had ordered a CAD 60-bouquet and what was delivered was not only significantly smaller but also looked completely different. I could have picked that up for a third of the price at a grocery store. Please save your hard-earned money!!

Spent $70 to send my mother a bouquet…

Spent $70 to send my mother a bouquet for her 65th birthday. They had the audacity to send a completely different, significantly lower quality bouquet that was literally half dead. Customer service is atrocious. Do not buy from these scammers.

If I could put less than one star

If I could put less than one star, I would. I ordered from sendblooms.ca of 18 roses and they delivered only 12. I then messaged their online customer service live chat and no one responded. It just kept saying connecting to a live agent for the next 12 to 14 hours. I then called their customer service number to clarify if their online portal was live, and they said yes it’s open 24 hours. So clearly that that’s incorrect.

I then told the representative that I had gotten the wrong order and she said she’s not able to do anything with my order and I would need to email in which would then take another 24 to 48 hours for them to respond.

So now I’ve emailed them to tell them that I had received the wrong order and all I wanted was a refund of the difference since I didn’t get what I had initially ordered. And they refuse to refund the difference because they “ we have confirmed, packed and received the flowers”. Even after telling them multiple times that the order is incorrect they refused to acknowledge that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered the large bouquet of snapdragons for my daughter. To say I was extremely disappointed is a total understatement. The "large bouquet" included 6 snapdragon stems. Seriously? In addition, it was not delivered on the requested day (Valentine's Day) and the note from us (the senders) was written on the back of a flyer with Valentine's misspelled (Valetine). Again, seriously? To add insult to injury, I emailed my concerns to 2 departments of the company -- emails were deleted without being read. Clearly not a company who wants to improve their service. Stay far away from this company (Sendblooms.ca / Bloomex).

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering. I picked them because they offered same day delivery. I ordered and then they updated me saying they actually wouldn’t be able to do the delivery same-day. After a short while I realized there was no spot while ordering to enter my recipient’s address. I tried texting and emailing them back (the methods they were contacting me) and no one answered. I called them and asked them to confirm the delivery address and they just pulled my Shop.App information for myself and were delivering the flowers there. When I told them I need them to go somewhere else, they told me the address doesn’t show up for them. I told them I need to cancel but all they can offer is a store credit, which I won’t be using. After I hung up the phone, I got a text from Purolator saying my flowers have shipped from a town an hour and a half away from me, scheduled for overnight shipping. If these flowers are sitting inside a Purolator truck for 24 hours in minus 30 degrees Celsius weather I’m sure they will be dead.

Scam

I spent almost 300$ buying flowers for multiple people, when they arrived they were so extremely different to what I had ordered online a week before they arrived, and where even in the wrong size. I specifically got bouquets with lillies and all I got were some cheap roses. I contacted them aswell and they have yet to answer back. Extremely disapointing experience, do not buy from this store.

Was terrible

Was terrible. The customer service was horrible and just put me on hold randomly, just to transfer to someone else to put me on hold. They have no care to reply to emails, they refuse to refund a order that wasn't fulfilled, and they offered a giftcard that doesn't work and won't reply to any communication. They're scammers, rip you off, won't refund and won't communicate. I wouldn't recommend anyone to these guys even if their the last company open. Total scam, terrible service, and I'm now having to bite the bullet and not get what I paid for nor a refund. Worst experience I've ever had, with literally any company I've ever dealt with ever. Stay far away unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Don't use this company

Don't use this company. I wish I had of seen the reviews before I ordered!!!!!!!! I ordered a medium-sized bouquet - multiple flower types and many colors. I got what looked like CHEAP grocery store flowers thrown in a mason jar. It also looked like red valentines flowers - daisies and 3 roses. Embarassing to send to someone!!!!!!!!!!!
