Good Service
I can only rate Blooms on their efficient service as I was not the recipient of the flowers. I placed an order online one evening, rang up next morning to check it would be delivered that day and they said it would be and I understand it arrived in the morning so a quick turn around.

Great Mother’s Day flowers
Easy to order online and very well priced. I have ordered a few times from Blooms and the flowers seem to last a lot longer than other places. Delivery cost were reasonable and the flowers were delivery on Sunday.

Wreath making classes
I booked 2 places on the wreath making sessions available this winter. It was easy to navigate the booking though the tickets were not visible. Lee at blooms was extremely helpful and reassuring that our order had been processed. We thoroughly enjoy these sessions as this is our 4th year of attending. Highly recommend

Great service and easy to order
Great service and easy to order, the flowers were great value. The only thing I would say is that there was no communication or notification when the flowers were delivered. These were a surprise for a friend so it would been good to know when they have delivered or left safe.

I ordered a bouquet for a colleague to be delivered to work. I was getting rather worried as she was leaving work early and the flowers hadn’t arrived. After emailing Blooms, Ann made up another bouquet and delivered them personally so my colleague didn’t leave without her flowers. A big thank you to Ann who went above and beyond!
