Received a bouquet of completely bad

Received a bouquet of completely wilted, brown, sun-burnt flowers — looked days old and absolutely unfit to gift. Delivery was late despite prior confirmation.

When I complained, they casually offered to “send some roses” instead of replacing the rotten bouquet. That says everything about their standards. I even escalated to the founder — no response.

Flowers are emotions, not garbage to be dumped on customers.

Avoid this florist if you expect fresh flowers or basic professionalism. I am proceeding with a consumer complaint.

Worst experience with the order

Worst experience with the order. I spent money for flowers I didnt order. They decided to send what they had and in an awful packing.I couldnt change anything bcz they informed abt change of plans on the day of delivery and they dont value what the customer wants. Didnt want to give any star for this service. Its best to avoid them if you dont want poor quality service.

FAIL and CHEATED by Blooms Flora!

I trusted Blooms Flora to deliver flowers to my wife on Valentine's Day, as she was staying at a leading hotel in Chennai. She never got them! NOTHING! Despite BF claims that they were "Delivered."

Attempted to call BF four times, during the times they were available for Customer Support. I only got to be placed on hold.

I emailed BF to provide me with the name of the hotel employee and date & time. They did not reply. A reputable florist would have investigated.

FAIL! I WAS CHEATED! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I placed an international order with BloomsFlora for the first time, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The flowers were delivered on 4 Feb 2026 to a close friend who had just undergone surgery, so this order was meant to be thoughtful and comforting.

Sadly, the arrangement delivered looked very different from what was shown on the website. The flowers were poorly arranged, disproportionate, and placed in an uneven holder. When I FaceTimed my friend, it was genuinely upsetting to see what she received, and it was also embarrassing for me as the sender.

I understand that slight variations can happen, but this was not a minor difference — the contrast was significant and unacceptable for a professional florist. I chose BloomsFlora believing it to be a legitimate and reputable business.

I am not seeking a refund. My intention in writing this review is to make the business owner aware of how orders are being prepared and delivered, particularly at the Coimbatore branch, and to encourage improvement and better quality control.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively for the betterment of future customers.

Though the site is genuine, delivered in time, What shown on website and what actually delivered is different. Please correct it in future. U know that the price charged is high. U will get a great Boke for less price from offline florists. If we pay high price, the quality should be also high.

Very professional and fast.

I tried to order flowers for a friend that is currently in India. All the venues I tried had problems with payment and customer service. This was by far the best and the fastest. The flowers were fresh and pretty so I highly recommend it.
