Schlechter Paketshop zur Abholung, weil.die Zustellung mittags an einem Werktag erfolgte
Ich habe Verständnis, dass man unterschrieben muss bzw. Erwachsen nur die Pakte annehmen dürfen. Eine Zustellung mittags bei arbeitenden ist von daher schlecht. Der DHL Shop öffnet erst um 10 und da bin ich leider schon am arbeiten. Abends hat man auch mal eine Familie und kann den Umweg nicht machen. Bin gespannt ob nach retour eine Erstattung gibt.
Produkt nicht erhalten, wegen schlechter Zustellung und schlechter DHL Shop. Hier geht es um.den Versand, für den aber der Händler die Verantwortung trägt.
