Verbesserungswürdig
Bei fortlaufenden Bestellungen funktioniert der Shop ganz gut. Jedoch dauert der Versand oft etwas lange.
Was mir nicht in den Kopf will ist, dass der Rabatt nur für maximal 20 Packungen gilt.
Meine Frau und ich dampfen beide und 4 Fünferpacks reichen uns nicht.
Ein zweites Abo abzuschließen scheitert an eurem System. Angeblich ein falscher Wert in der Schufa hinterlegt. Meine Frau hatte da bisher weder beim Mobilfunk, noch sonst irgendwo ein Problem.
Und euer Kundenservice beruft sich immer auf die Schufaauskunft. Das nervt ohne Ende

Καταστροφική εμπειρία με τα blu
Αγόρασα πολλά πακέτα (6) με 2 γεύσεις, στα 9 mg νικοτίνης και στο πρόγραμμα ελάχιστου ατμίσματος , έβηχα πολύ.Σταμάτησα κι αναρωτιέμαι, το γιατί.... ενώ καπνίζω 44 χρόνια! Κατ' άλλα ? πολύ όμορφες οι συσκευές, τα πακέτα υπέροχα , χρώματα πολλά.Γευσεις καπνού?μόνο 2. Όλες οι άλλες ,φρούτα...όμως στην ουσία δεν αγόρασα ομορφιά αλλά, ηλ. Τσιγάρα! Μηδέν η εμπειρία με την Blu 2.0,και με την 1 χρήσης από την γειτονιά μου. Λυπάμαι πάρα πολύ.
