Great overall service

Great overall service. Excellent products, high‑quality printing and fantastic customer support. We recently sent over some tablecloths for printing and the quality is outstanding, with a quick turnaround too. Highly recommended!

Super service after Courier issues

The initial embroidered items were delivered in a timely fashion.
Sadly the courier had managed to split open the pack and half the items were lost.
But Klaudia & Caitlin got the replacements out in 48 hours.

I am speaking to the team at Bludog…

I am speaking to the team at Bludog now, as the sizing is not as expected nor does it meet the manufacturer size guide. We have been left with gilets that do not fit our staff. As we have used the larger ones

Hi Cheryl, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the sizing didn't meet your expectations. As we discussed, we are more than happy to investigate this; we simply need photos of the garments against a tape measure to confirm any variance.

We have already offered various goodwill gestures regarding replacements to ensure your staff is looked after, and that offer still stands. Please send those photos over at your earliest convenience so we can resolve this for you.

We've used Bludog for a while and we like what they do - quality and timeliness. Very nice people to deal with. We do shop around just to check but they are very good at giving us the best deal we can get.

BluDog - high quality and excellent service

BluDog have been supplying our theatre company's merch for the past few months.

Every time I contact them, they are very quick to respond and are so brilliant at coming up with solutions and ideas about what would work best.

The orders arrive swiftly and accurately and are absolutely brilliant quality!

If there have been any errors (which has only been one item, and it was part of a huge order) it was rectified instantly and the person in question received the corrected item within the week.

I am so incredibly impressed with BluDog and won't be going anywhere else for our items!
