Ride from Heathrow air port to Cruse line
we book our ride for 4 passengers, 2 checked in bags and 4 carry on bags in an Estate car.
we got the quote, we paid. all well
when we arrive at Heathrow air port, we found the driver, and when we got to the car...... we were so disappointed because the car was small salon car. the driver contacted the customer service with no proper help... we are running behind on time, so we squeezed our self in the car with luggage on our lab, very uncomfortable ride...
I contacted customer service, they were not helpful..
i asked to speak with manager, they told me he is not available, he will contact me tomorrow or on Monday. but this never happened... no contact no calls.
IN CONCLUSION OUR EXPERIANCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS VERRY POOR I WILL NOT RECOMANDE THEM AT ALL....

Thank you Olivia, I was very impressed with the entire process from booking to drop off at the airport. The booking process was simple and I received my confirmation via email immediately. The price is competitive. The driver kept in touch close to collection time and confirmed his arrival, name and vehicle details so he was easily identifiable. The driver sorted our luggage and drove to the airport in a professional way ensuring we felt safe. At drop off he helped us with our luggage. Overall I was very impressed with this service and I would highly recommend this company and I would use this service again thank you.

Blue Transfert Arnaque !!!
J’ai réservé en ligne un stationnement chez blue transfert.
Pour La semaine du 6 au 22 mai 2025
Transaction bien passée, 83 euros débités instantanément sur mon compte.
Et je reçois dans la seconde qui suit un e-mail, m’informant que ma réservation était annulée 😡 !!!
Depuis j’envoie des mails à ces gens peu scrupuleux, je reçois en retour des e-mails automatiques, comme quoi mon e-mail est pris en compte !!!!
C’est pas de l’arnaque ça ???
Je pense que je vais finir par faire un aller retour de 120 km à l’aéroport, et je pense que je vais faire vilain !!!!

Our service was excellent
Our service was excellent. Firstly, our driver communicated very well for us to find him at Arrivals. He was pleasant and friendly to chat with during our drive. He was a safe driver… never at any time did we feel unsafe. He was able to get us to our destination in Southampton in a timely manner. We will definitely be using your services again next time we are in London!
