Item never arrived. Never received order confirmation email but was charged for it. Tried to contact them on multiple platforms (email and Instagram) but no response.

Got the mystery box and overall it was great, there was a dud item in there but that was expected..I really like the silver necklace and the ring is soooo pretty. I definitely would repurchase for me or a friend

I am yet to receive the products I…
I am yet to receive the products I ordered so cannot comment on the quality of them. They were shipped on the 27th August according to an email update but the ability to track is pointless as just tells me they were shipped and nothing further so I have to assume they are still due to be delivered.

Thankyou for your review and I am so sorry to hear your item did not arrive as quickly as promised.
This item was dispatched the next day as your order was made at roughly 7.40pm and postal service had stopped for the day.
We do find that most first class parcels arrive the day after they are sent but in some cases can take up to 2 days.
Unfortunately once your parcel has been dispatched and left us, it is out of our control and down to your local post office. However, on this occasion we would be happy to refund the £2.99 express delivery charge as your parcel did not arrive on time.
If you’d like to give us an email over at enquiries@blueberrymilk.co.uk we can sort this out immediately for you.

Great jewellery deigns to choose from
Great jewellery deigns to choose from. I ordered 2 adjustable rings and am very happy with them. However, they weren't quite as adjustable as I was expecting (found them difficult to stretch out) Having said that, they fit the fingers I wanted them on and look great and comfortable to wear so am happy with purchase. Will be using this company again.
