Amazingly cute ring
I ordered the rainbow hearts ring and its a beautiful ring. The delivery was quick and I received updates along the way. I will definitely be using Blueberry Milk again.

I bought one of the very popular multicoloured heart rings, it took me a while to be able to get my hands on one due to demand and I sent a message via Instagram asking if they would have more in stock, I got a response straight away saying they would soon and was even offered to be sent a message when they were in stock! Super helpful! I ordered one as soon as I got the message and it arrived promptly and well packaged! I love the ring and would recommend this company to anyone! So sorry to hear you’ve managed to hurt yourself, we really hope you recover soon!
As clearly shown on the website, the ring is of a square cut and like anything with sharp corners has potential to do this if caught on your face at the wrong angle.
As for the ring being yellow it is clearly stated on the website the ring is 18ct gold plated which means the plating is made from 75% gold and 25% alloys, this accounts for the yellow gold colour, our prices and website clearly show that the item is not filled or white gold which would be a much paler colour.
Unfortunately we don’t see these complaints as grounds for a return or refund as the accident could have happened with any ring or object of similar shape if caught on skin, and as for material quality it is all clearly stated before moment of purchase.
Other than the injury you have sustained, Do you have any constructive criticism that we can use to help improve our customer experience given the 2 star rating?
As a small business we work hard to ensure a true reflection of our brand through reviews and are unsure on why we have merited a 2 star review on this occasion.

Pretty designs and ok prices
Pretty designs and ok prices! I bought one of the gold plated rings which after 1 week of wear has started to chip away and the gold is rubbing off already which is a shame. Other than that, happy with my earrings and hair clips :-)

We are so sorry to hear there’s a fault with the plating on the ring!
Our jewellery is finished to a very high standard and with our quality control practices we hate to miss things like this, as we do have strict policies to make sure this does not happen. We’re so sorry this one slipped through! The plating should absolutely not be doing this after one week.
Could you please email us at enquiries@blueberrymilk.co.uk with images of the fault so we can look into this and replace this for you, or offer a full refund of the ring upon inspection of the images.

Unfortunately the piece that goes into your ear on the earring broke a few days after wearing, I contacted them and they sent me a replacement straight away. Great customer service. Happy with my jewellery, I would order again! :) x
