I have frequently engaged Bluebird to help with the preparation of bundles in cases where I am acting under direct public access. They do a first class job for very reasonable fees. It is far better to outsource this work to skilled professionals than to attempt it myself. I recommend Julie and Jayne very warmly.

As a Litigant in Person I had to produce a 'Bundle', never done this before, and it was a mammoth task to say the least! I found and contacted Bluebird Support Services. Jayne in particular came back quickly, so we then started conversations via email about my Bundle. She has been absolutely fantastic; quick to respond; excellent at explaining things; extremely supportive; very professional, but also very friendly. I've now completed my Bundle, and could not have chosen a better Company, Jayne's 'service' has been exemplary, whilst I was panicking! she was behind me all the way. On top of that, Bluebirds rates are very competitive, as well as being affordable for LiP's, and the Bundle is professional, complying with HMCTS. So, overall, a million thanks for all the help and support, it's very refreshing to find and work with someone who clearly takes the time to support people, and it's very refreshing to receive such exemplary service. Communication is polite, and the flexible arrangements are helpful. Overall, a satisfactory experience, though there’s room for improvement in maintaining top-tier service consistently.

I am a self-employed consultant solicitor specialising in general commercial, corporate, employment and disputes law. I am based on the Wirral in Cheshire and work by myself from home and serviced offices. I serve clients nationally and overseas on a remote-hybrid basis. I need secretarial support to type long letters, memos and prepare draft legal documents based on specialist legal precedents to save me time and effort so I can concentrate on my client’s legal problems and less on admin and document drafting.
