We've been using Bluebird for the last 12 months or so for ad hoc secretarial support - dictations and document processing. They have been excellent both in terms of quality and responsiveness. Jayne and her colleagues provide the most efficient service. The team she has working for her are very prompt and accurate with the work produced and they even log into and use our own Case Management System to work on when they help us which adds to the efficiencies. We have utilised the services one and off for a number of years now and love the flexibility of the arrangement where they can provide cost assistance at times of need.
