I just want to know if documentation was complete?
I just want to know if documentation was complete and where from does the process go? Sale and paying to clients (myself and siblings) etc.? Also the entire online process was a little challenging in terms tech savvy etc. As a senior all are not so tech savvy (myself).... Just wondering and as clarification is essential.

That ONE Staff Member that is simply AMAZING
Staff is 90% great, 5% are horrible and the other 5% is simply amazing.
If you are having difficulties I really hope you have Ebere to assist you.
Not only she will help, she will also guide you and point you in the right direction treating you with respect the whole entire time. You know when you get THAT staff member that you wish there was a lot more you could do for a person than just leaving a simple review? Yeah, she is one of those.
