Excellent & Convenient Service
I needed notary service at the last minute, right before a holiday. I was not aware of an online notary service but found it on Staples site. Easy, simply and fast. Just uploaded my PDF letter that needed notarized, filled-out info, submitted my driver's license photo via text, answered 5-6 validation questions about my past (old addresses, employers, etc). A notary from NV appeared on camera, asked me standard notary questions, signed via electronic signature, paid $25, and received my notarized letter w/stamp. I guess no more going to UPS store or local notary!

Notary failed to include her seal and document was rejected
The notary got a phone call and abruptly ended the session with my husband, and failed to put the notary seal in the designated area on the form. I called the customer service number twice and left a voicemail but no one called back.
I submitted my document anyway, hoping the financial services firm would accept it because of the verification form that ONC provided. But the company rejected it because there was no notary seal.
I filed a complaint with the credit card company to get a refund. Then the "compliance officer" sent me the document with the notary's seal on it.
