Tolle Produkte, aber technischer Support auf der Webseite mangelhaft

Ich bin seit Jahren Nutzer von Blum-Produkten und schätze die Qualität sehr. Doch die aktuelle Gestaltung der Webseite ist für professionelle Anwender oder versierte Heimwerker ein Albtraum. Während man mit Hochglanzbildern für Endverbraucher überhäuft wird, ist die Suche nach essenziellen technischen Dokumenten – wie aktuell der Einbauanleitung für das CRISTALLO Glasscharnier – extrem mühsam und zeitraubend.
Es kann nicht sein, dass man sich erst durch Schichten von Marketing-Content graben muss, um eine einfache Montageanleitung zu finden. Ein technisches Produkt braucht einen schnellen Zugriff auf technische Daten. Bitte besinnt euch wieder mehr auf die Leute, die eure Beschläge tatsächlich einbauen müssen!

Andy in technical was able to translate what I said into a language that could be understood, gave me advice on how to fix it and sent me some hardware to help FOC. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Blum and their tech team. It is not the first time they have helped me out. Their customer service is outstanding.

Super Service!!!

Ich brauchte Halterungen für Schubladen unserer 35 Jahre alten Küche. Die Mitarbeiter der Firma Blum haben sich persönlich um Ersatz gekümmert. Innerhab von wenigen Tagen kamen die Halterungen bei uns an, eingebaut und sie passen perfekt. Toller Service. So etwas ist heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Vielen Dank!

Terrible customer service.,I need a…

Terrible customer service.,I need a hinge for a angle corner cabinet.,they gave me the incorrect replacement number.,I ordered the hinge it did not work. When I contacted them back they did not respond. Infact I contacted Blum several times no response!

Outstanding customer service.

Fantastic customer service.
Just under 10 years ago our completed installation of a fitted kitchen that had 14 fitted drawers with electric Blum servos fitted. We had a problem with 2 servos which were no longer under warranty with a device which was used every day by a family of 4.

I expected to replace these fittings myself, rather than invoke the 5 year guarantee that had elapsed on a product used 10 -20X a day, but found that Blum UK customer services mailed replacement parts immediately without any fuss whatsoever.

I could not have imagined that these units would come with an extended guarantee on electric servos which in itself is quite extraordinary in my experience, but the quality of Blum UK's technical after sale service is not only exceptional it has to be marvelled within today's standards.
Exceptional components with truly outstanding customer support services.

Poor response from Blum Canada sales & service rep

I struggled to source the standard kitchen cupboard hinge I needed. Went to the cabinet builders who informed me of a lifetime warranty and to contact Blum Canada. I provided them with pictures and described the problem with the hinge. The rep requested a video and told me because the hinge was originally installed 25 years ago they would replace it as a gesture of goodwill once they received a video. I advised that I was at work and was not looking for a goodwill gesture and asked if I could just buy the 5.00 hinge and have them send it to me. Reps reply was they don't sell to the public. She game me contact info on reps in my province. Reading other reviews it looks like they do or did have a lifetime warranty on there hinges. Thought that the service rep was not being fair and will report my experience to the cabinet builders in my home province.

Cannot fault, superb service

After failing to locally source a replacement for a broken 15 year old appliance hinge on my Fridge-Freezer cabinet I contacted Blum UK for assistance. Wow. Sometimes these days you forget what excellent customer service is. I suspect they perhaps felt bad it had actually failed (it was overloaded as fitters should have used three rather than two). They identified a replacement from some photos of the old hinge and offered four replacement hinges for the entire cabinet, sent out FOC the same day. Full marks Blum, how to do it.

Merivobox-System Zargen angeblich aus Metall.
In der Wirklichkeit sieht das ganze anders aus.
Dann kommen immer irgend welche ausreden.
Hundertfache Abnehmung von Rückwänden aus Metall.......

Bester Service den ich je erlebt habe.

Bei meinem fast 30 Jahren alten Kleiderschrank war ein Scharnier defekt. Dass dieses Schanier nach so langen Zeit nicht mehr erhältlich war, ist mehr als verständlich. Eine Anfrage bei Blum, welches Scharnier aus der aktuellen Serie ich alternativ verwenden könnte, wurde umgehend beantwortet. Ferner wurde mir direkt mittgeteilt, dass mir das entsprechende Scharnier kostenlos zugesendet wird. Ich bin von diesem tollen Service mehr als begeistert, besser geht nicht.

Soft close hinge

Experienced a problem with a soft close hinge. Despite trolling the likes of Google/U tube etc. I was unable to find a usable solution. Contacted Customer Service at Blum UK & received a definitive answer by return.

bester Service

Nach 6 Jahren war ein Motor an meinem Küchenschrank defekt. Ein Anruf bei der Firma Blum und ich war hochgradig positiv überrascht. Ich hatte sehr schnell eine freundliche Dame (ein echter Mensch und keine KI) am Telefon die mir nach Rückfrage bei einem Techniker sofort weiterhelfen konnte.Die Lösung war sehr kulant und äußerst Kundenorientiert.Leider kann ich nur 5 Sterne vergeben,denn so ein toller Service ist in der heutigen Zeit leider die große Ausnahme. Die Fa.Blum Beschläge hat mich einmal mehr überzeugt.

Überaus freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kundenservice

Bei unserem Klappen-Oberschrank in unserer Küche war ein "Dämpfer" defekt. Der beauftragte Handwerker wollte den gesamten Kraftspeicher auswechseln. Auf Nachfrage bei der Firma Blum wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass aufgrund unserer Fehlerbeschreibung vermutlich nur die Dämpfer defekt seien und dass wir diese kleinen Ersatzteile mittels einer Montageanleitung ganz einfach selbst auswechseln könnten. Die Firma Blum hat uns diese Ersatzteile sogar kostenlos zugeschickt. Da wir als "Nicht-Handwerker" sehr unbedarft waren, hatten wir bezüglich der Anleitung noch einige Fragen, die uns prompt beantwortet wurden. Einen derart freundlichen, zuvorkommenden und kulanten Kundenservice haben wir bisher noch nicht erlebt.
Vielen herzlichen Dank - wir sind sehr glücklich über den inzwischen wieder einwandfrei funktionierenden Küchenschrank !

Zeer tevreden!

Na 6.5 jaar sloot één van de lades niet meer. Monteur kwam langs en verving alle systemen van 6 lades. Sevice van de zaak zo lang we deze keuken hebben. Verwachtingen zijn overtroffen 👌

Hier vergibt man gerne 5 Sterne!
An unserem Schlafzimmerschrank haben nach sehr vielen Jahren einige Scharniere den Geist aufgegeben.
Nach einem Anruf bei der Firma und einer Mail mit Bildern der verschlissenen Scharniere kam prompt eine Antwort, die mich begeisterte.
Die Fa. Blum konnte anhand der Bilder die Artikelnummer herausfinden und wird uns die Scharniere kostenlos zusenden.
Hier können sich viele Unternehmungen eine Scheibe bzgl. kundenorientiertes Arbeiten abschneiden.
Ein Blick in weitere Schränke hat ergeben, dass diese ebenfalls mit Scharnieren von Blum ausgestattet sind. Gott sei Dank!

Blums warranty is not worth the paper its printed on

I purchased a hardware product of blum's recently that arrived incorrectly packaged with the wrong parts rendering it useless. So I reached out to their warranty department as their products promise a lifetime warranty. They told me that it isn't their problem or fault if they supply their products with the wrong parts and therefore do not work and that I need to take my complaint to the retailer. The retailer has done nothing wrong in this instance and is unable to supply me with a singular part that they do not carry. I can at least order the missing part through a wholesaler but I wouldn't have to if this company had integrity and stood behind its brand.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from blum, and Nathan was an absolute star to deal with he was impeccable throughout I strongly recommend Blum UK Mandeville Drive Milton Keynes 🤗
Just wanted to update on the brilliant customer service I have received from Blum and from Nathan and Neil. After some of my hinges decided to shed some bits Nathan and Neil did not hesitate to help on 2 separate occasions and the speed in which they actioned and posted replacement parts was brilliant. Cannot praise them enough.

I dropped one chest of drawer and a 2 runners were ruined. I have contacted the tech support and they identified the replacement part and helped me during the replacement procedure, especially David G. was extremely helpful, patient and very quick to respond. Thank you!
