Ich wollte eigentlich nur wissen wo ich Ersatzteile beziehen könnte und bekam prompt die verschlissenen Teile KOSTENLOS! geliefert. Wo gibt es das heute denn noch? Das ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Runner identification

I have been dealing with Nathan and Andrew with regard to a pair of drawer runners. I need to identify ones I already had, but was having some real difficulty. I contacted Blum directly, which is where Nathan and Andrew came into help. It seemed, nothing was too much trouble and after exchanging many, many emails, they finally identified what I needed. I really thank you both, especially Nathan who really went the extra mile to help me

Amazing technical support and customer service

I contacted Blum's UK technical support to get help finding some parts for an old version of their Tandembox drawer box fitted to a kitchen we inherited. Nathan Sydney was so helpful, working out why we had non-standard UK parts and even eventually sending us the parts we needed. Legend. Such a good service.

perfekter Service

perfekter Service. Bei einem Scharnier ging die Montageplatte kaputt (nach 20 Jahren) Im Netz die Telefonnummer rausgesucht, angerufen und sehr freundlich und vor allem kompetent beraten worden.
Dann schickte ich Bilder von der Montageplatte per Mail und bekam ein paar Tage später die Ersatzteile kostenfrei geliefert. Besser geht es nicht.

Hervorragender und schneller Service!

Dass ein Möbelbeschlag nach jahrelanger intensiver Nutzung auch einmal defekt werden kann, ist sicher naheliegend. In unserem Fall war die Befestigungsplatte eines Eckschrankscharniers gebrochen. Im Baumarkt konnte man mir nicht weiterhelfen, zumal es sich um ein altes Bauteil handelt. Nach Internetrecherche stieß ich auf die Fa. Blum, die auf meine Mail sofort reagierte und ermitteln konnte, dass das Bauteil zwar nicht mehr lieferbar ist, jedoch ein Ersatzelement. Heute kam es bei uns an - kostenlos geliefert! - und es passt. So geht vorbildlicher Kundenservice! Herzlichen Dank! H. Wilke

Fabulous customer service!

Our home is over 29 years old. We have had a few hinges fail over the years. I finally decided I needed to order some replacements. I emailed Blum and they replaced them all under warranty! I paid a $12.00 shipping fee, and that's it.

FA Blum absolut vorbildlicher Service

Habe letzte Wo ein defektes Scharnier von unserem Wohnzimmerschrank Bj.1995 fotografiert und an den MA Hr.Kaufmann gemailt,umgehend bekam ich Antwort dass ich 2 Scharniere kostenlos zugesendet bekomme.
Vielen Dank für diesen absolut vorbildlichen Service.

Exceptional customer service

Truly exceptional customer service, always quick to reply by email with expert advice, and generous in supplying replacement parts. Not to mention that their products are ingeniously designed and very good quality. Blum should be considered an example to all of how to look after (and retain!) customers.

Genuinely unmatched warranty and service.

I have never had such good customer service in my life*. My kitchen was fitted over 30 years ago (yes, thirty)- doing some odd jobs this week I wanted to adjust some slightly tired/saggy drawers. Called up Blum to buy some spare parts/ replacements as some of the plastics on the runners had broken- instead, 4 new pairs of runners were immediately sent to my home under their lifetime warranty. No joke- I had not heard of Blum a week ago- now I will never buy a runner (or anything else they make) from anyone else. Absolutely incredible service and warranty. This experience has made my weekend.

*In fairness, Leatherman also have a genuine lifetime warranty I have experienced

Top Service. Besser geht's nicht!

Der Service des österreichischen Modulbauers Blum ist auch auf dem deutschen Markt vorbildlich. Anfragen werden umgehend beantwortet und bei Problemen sind die Mitarbeiter äußerst engagiert bei der Sache. Dass kleinere Ersatzteile zudem oft noch auf Kulanz zugeschickt werden, ist schon außergewöhnlich kundenfreundlich. Danke an das Serviceteam von Blum. Schade, dass es keinen sechsten Stern gibt. Ich würde ihn sofort vergeben!

Great support

I contacted the Technical Team on Sunday to enquire whether a part was available. A couple of super helpful emails later (with Nathan Sydney) and the parts are on their way to me. A complete contrast to most customer experiences and a refreshing change. Well done and thanks guys.

This company is one of the most helpful knowledgeable and efficient companies I’ve ever dealt with, right from my initial contact with receptionist to the technical department, brilliant….they give a lifetime guarantee an their products and the after sales service is second to none well done Blum and thank you

Super Kundendienst

Nach vergeblichen Versuchen, im Internet das passende Ersatz-Scharnier für meine Schrankwand zu finden, bin ich auf der Internetseite von Blum auf die Kontaktdaten gestoßen und habe mein Problem dargelegt. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit und mit zwei Emails habe ich sowohl die korrekte Bezeichnung bekommen als auch ein kostenloses Exemplar zugeschickt bekommen. Das nenne ich mehr als kundenfreundlich und habe ich bisher nirgends so erlebt.

Exceptional customer service.

Ten years ago Smallbone of Devizes completed installation of a fitted kitchen that had sixteen fitted drawers running on Blum soft drawer closers. The oil seals on the damper pistons of three of these drawers failed recently with the result that oil leaked and the dampers no longer worked correctly.

I thought that I'd replace these fittings myself, rather than invoked the Smallbone warranty, but found that these units had a lifetime guarantee with the result that Blum UK customer services mailed replacement parts immediately without any fuss whatsoever.

I could not have imagined that these units would come with a lifetime guarantee, which in itself is quite extraordinary in my experience, but the quality of Blum UK's after sale service is not only exceptional it has to be second to none.
