BML care about nothing more than extorting customers for as much as possible.

We have been unfortunate enough to be on the receiving end of dozens of BML related works at the request of Eagerstates / Assethold.

Every single time they charge obscene amounts of money for work that has either not been carried out at all, or work that is carried out to an incredibly poor standard.

In one instance we were charged almost £300 for them to drop of an electricity cupboard key to replace the broken one they left following a previous job. Completely criminal.

Avoid at all costs.

BML organised a complete replacement of all my external windows & doors. The Team they put together was magnificent - thoroughly professional with a 100% fit & finish.

I work for Belvar Property Management , and I am very happy with the service BML has been delivering! quick response and super friendly. Big thanks to Dov & Andy & Boris! read their google reviews, the bad TP reviews are not correct. I can only say good words!

I would give 0 starts if I could!!! Don’t trust them,they will rip you off especially Leo Winegarten! Job has been done-and he is ignoring texts phone calls for weeks now!!! Shame on you jerk! Don’t fool yourself! He won’t pay you!!!!!

Had a lovely experience after reporting an issue with my front door.
BML attended within 24 hours, they had to change the door in the end, but they did all arrangements to get it delivered and installed.
The door was up a day later!!
I must say their service is outstanding!

Well, where to begin. All the positive reviews are verified family members, or employees. Just a quick check confirms this. This little low life had us do work then didn’t want to pay!! “Barry” will be receiving a little more than a polite phone call. Make sure you receive cash up front from these thieves. You have been warned.

One star ??? If it was possible it would be none !! Had a call to supply some goods and services... it was only after some pestering I finally got paid.. I wouldn't mind but it was less than one hundred and seventy quid... this type of company treats you like s**t on the bottom of their shoes .. stay clear is my advice

Our company called cool heat gas ltd we called by BML group to do a job for them we done the job and we didn’t get paid .
This company is a rip off they call out tradesman the properties they're paid to look after and then don't pay the tradesman and they don’t answer the phone after you do the job for them . Stay away from this scam company, don’t trust any promises the give you it’s all lies . I wouldn’t give them one star if I can . Of course
We will take them to court .
So I can see in Google they done it to other company it’s not only me .
